Accueil lamentable la personne à refusé de nous servir (il ne photocopie et n’imprime que des documents de minimum 50 pages) et de nous renseigner (ne veut pas nous donner une autre adresse pour imprimer) ! C’est honteux, il est parti dans l’arrière boutique alors que nous tentions de comprendre, car il « avait du travail ». Si vous souhaitez photocopier ou imprimer un document, rendez vous à la porte d’à côté.
Please don't go there !! Poor welcome, the person refused to serve us (he only photocopies and prints documents of at least 50 pages) and to inform us (does not want to give us another address to print)! Shameful, he went into the back room as we tried to figure it out, because he "had work". If you want to photocopy or print a document, go to the next door.

Probabilmente lavorano ancora solo perché si trovano attaccati all'università...Ho chiesto di stampare 3 immagini aumentando il contrasto per mettere in evidenza un dettaglio e mi sono sentito rispondere che non avrebbe potuto perdere MEZZ'ORA del suo tempo prezioso e che l'avrei dovuto pagare un extra per il tempo perso...La prossima volta mi rivolgerò ad un ingegnere informatico...
Very very rude staff. They probably still work only because they are attached to the university ... I asked to print 3 images increasing the contrast to highlight a detail and I was told that he could not lose HALF an hour of his precious time and that the I should have paid extra for lost time ... Next time I will turn to a computer engineer ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato la mia tesi da stampare e rilegare con copertina rigida in pelle un pomeriggio e me l'hanno preparata per la mattina successiva (addirittura un giorno prima del previsto, avvisandomi prontamente con un sms). A mio avviso i prezzi sono nella media, anche se ammetto di non aver cercato in tanti altri posti.

I brought my thesis to be printed and bound with a hard leather cover one afternoon and they prepared it for me the next morning (even a day earlier than expected, promptly alerting me with a text message). In my opinion the prices are average, although I admit that I have not looked in many other places.
Very satisfied!
