Consiglio vivamente i proprietari di vigilare sulla capacità di gestione del negozio da parte del personale e di assumere gente capace di comunicare in maniera consona con il pubblico. Sconsigliato assolutamente! Per quanto riguarda le altre sedi, consiglio anche li di rivedere il personale e la gentilezza nei confronti del cliente. Visto che sono diverse le sedi in tutta la zona universitaria, almeno sarebbe auspicabile che i servizi offerti possano essere di ottima qualità.

I strongly recommend the owners to supervise the management capacity of the store by the staff and to hire people capable of communicating in a way that is appropriate to the public.
