★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo appartamento con camera da letto, bagno e cucina: camere moderne, confortevoli e pulite. Nonostante la distanza dal centro, è facile raggiungere Corso Umberto tramite varie scale, per risalire è possibile usufruire del taxi o del bus, tuttavia abbiamo scelto di tornare sempre a piedi per godere dei bellissimi panorami lungo il tragitto. Inoltre l'appartamento è perfetto per chi vuole godere di assoluto relax, lontano dalla confusione del centro dopo una lunga giornata nella movimentata Taormina. Roberto è una persona squisita e disponibilissima, sempre reperibile e gentile. Altrettanto la signora delle pulizie, che ci ha consigliato bei posti da visitare ed è stata molto cortese e solare! Grazie di tutto!
Beautiful apartment with bedroom, bathroom and kitchen: modern, comfortable and clean rooms. Despite the distance from the center, it is easy to reach Corso Umberto via various stairs, to go up it is possible to take a taxi or the bus, however we have chosen to always return on foot to enjoy the beautiful views along the way. Furthermore, the apartment is perfect for those who want to enjoy absolute relaxation, away from the bustle of the center after a long day in the bustling Taormina. Roberto is an exquisite and extremely available person, always available and kind. Likewise the cleaning lady, who recommended us beautiful places to visit and was very courteous and sunny! Thanks for everything!

Siamo stati benissimo, appartamento molto bello, dotato di ogni comfort, ricercato e con elementi di design. Il gestore dell'appartamento, Signor Roberto, è una persona davvero gentile, disponibile e pronto a soddisfare ogni eventuale necessità. Super consigliato!
We stayed two nights in one of these apartments with spectacular views. We had a great time, very nice apartment, equipped with every comfort, refined and with design elements. The manager of the apartment, Mr. Roberto, is a really kind person, available and ready to satisfy any need. Super recommended!

Dopo aver prenotato in anticipo la struttura, scambiato vari messaggi e telefonate con la struttura ci siamo visti cancellare la prenotazione nelle 24 ore antecedenti il check in per un presunto errore del gestionale. Il personale ci ha comunicato che la prenotazione effettuata al NUMERO UFFICIALE della struttura che si trova su tutti i canali di ricerca (a cui abbiamo inoltrato anche la foto del documento per la prenotazione e dai cui ci è stata confermato il tutto) NON È DA RITENERSI UN CANALE UFFICIALE quindi possono cancellarla. Ci siamo in questo modo ritrovati senza un alloggio per due giorni in Sicilia.
Dulcis in fundo, siamo stati bloccati su whatsapp.
Scegliete con cura le strutture che scegliete per la vostra vacanza, ma non questa.
Experience to forget.
After having booked the structure in advance, exchanged various messages and phone calls with the structure, we had to cancel the reservation in the 24 hours prior to check-in due to an alleged error of the management. The staff informed us that the reservation made to the OFFICIAL NUMBER of the structure which is located on all the search channels (to which we also forwarded the photo of the document for the reservation and from which everything was confirmed) IS NOT TO BE CONSIDERED AN OFFICIAL CHANNEL so they can delete it. In this way we found ourselves without accommodation for two days in Sicily.
Last but not least, we were blocked on whatsapp.
Choose carefully the facilities you choose for your holiday, but not this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza da non augurare a nessuno, nemmeno al peggiore nemico! Personale incompetente e inadeguato alle mansioni! Dopo aver prenotato una camera, inviato i documenti personali, scambiato vari messaggi e telefonate con l'albergatore ( o chi se ne occupa), costui dopo averci confermato l'ordine ci richiama dopo 4 giorni, ovvero il giorno prima del check-in, dicendoci che per un errore è costretto ad annullare la prenotazione. Ora ci ritroviamo a rimanere in Sicilia per altri 3 giorni senza una sistemazione e abbiamo il traghetto domenica!Consiglierei al proprietario di monitorare meglio il suo personale e qualora fosse lui di cambiare mestiere! Provvederò per via legale e vi accollerò tutto più eventuali danni!
Experience not to be wished on anyone, not even the worst enemy! Incompetent and inadequate staff for their duties! After having booked a room, sent personal documents, exchanged various messages and phone calls with the hotelier (or whoever takes care of them), the latter, after confirming the order, calls us back after 4 days, or the day before check-in, telling us that due to a mistake he is forced to cancel the reservation. Now we find ourselves staying in Sicily for another 3 days without accommodation and we have the ferry on Sunday! I would advise the owner to better monitor his staff and if he were to change jobs! I will take legal action and accept everything plus any damages!

The pool area is a perfect place to unwind after a day in the busy city center and the host, Mr Roberto is super helpful and responsive. Definitely recommend!

Firstly, the host is an a very pleasant individual who is willing to go out of his way to help customers get a great experience. He suggested great restaurant and attractions to see in Taormina. The place itself is located with an exciting view, while being comfortably positioned close to the city. Overall, we had an excellent experience in The View, and I recommend this place to other guests.
