La proprietaria saccente e poco cortese, per distrazione loro abbiamo dovuto fare il conto mille volte, mettendo in dubbio gli acconti precedentemente dati e richiesti con insistenza durante il periodo del Covid. Appuntamenti saltati e accavallati, spose in attesa di provare il proprio abito per ore. Sono rimasta profondamente delusa da un atelier così blasonato, che oggi si mostra decadente dal punto di vista organizzativo e soprattutto sotto il profilo umano. Con immenso dispiacere consiglio di recarsi altrove nella scelta dell'abito per il giorno più importante della propria vita. I bought my wedding dress in this Atelier. At first they show themselves helpful and kind, but then they turn out to be anything but. The knowledgeable and not very courteous owner, for their distraction we had to do the count a thousand times, questioning the deposits previously given and requested with insistence during the Covid period. Skipped and overlapped appointments, brides waiting to try on their dress for hours. I was deeply disappointed by such a noble atelier, which today is decadent from an organizational point of view and above all from a human point of view. With immense regret, I advise you to go elsewhere in choosing the dress for the most important day of your life.
g	gabriella frenna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMO! molto cortesi e gentili alla vendita, ma gli aggiusti sono stati un incubo, ho dovuto misurare l'abito 4 volte perché ogni volta qualcosa non andava, all'ultimo appuntamento mi hanno tenuta 30 minuti e dico 30 MINUTI in piedi nella saletta dicendomi che la sarta stava arrivando, per poi dirmi che la sarta era in tutt'altro luogo e che non poteva venire, ho ritirato l'abito con un difetto allo spacco che anche un bambino avrebbe notato, l'ho ritirato e saldato solo per disperazione, solo perché non le volevo vedere più!!!!! (l'ho fatto aggiustare da una mia sarta) inoltre hanno avuto il coraggio di chiedermi 15 euro per le coppette su 600 euro di abito. Vergogna!!!!! proprietaria stucchevole, commesse non all'altezza per gestire un problema chiaro ed evidente, hanno anche cercato di convincermi che il difetto non c'era, che il vestito doveva andare cosi… mi dispiace ma forse sapete fare la vendita ma niente di più e fidatevi, non basta!!! :( AWFUL! very courteous and kind to the sale, but the fixes were a nightmare, I had to measure the dress 4 times because every time something was wrong, at the last appointment they kept me 30 minutes and I say 30 MINUTES standing in the room telling me that the seamstress was coming, to then tell me that the seamstress was in a completely different place and that she could not come, I collected the dress with a defect in the slit that even a child would have noticed, I took it back and welded it only out of desperation, only because I didn't want to see them anymore !!!!! (I had it fixed by my seamstress) they also had the courage to ask me for 15 euros for the cups on 600 euros for a dress. Shame!!!!! cloying owner, orders not up to par to manage a clear and obvious problem, they also tried to convince me that the defect wasn't there, that the dress had to go like this ... I'm sorry but maybe you know how to sell but nothing more and trust me, it's not enough !!! :(

Oltre alla vastissima scelta di modelli e di marchi, ho riscontrato come sempre la grande professionalità di Giovanna che mi ha accompagnato in tutte le fasi, dalla scelta dell abito e del velo a quella degli accessori per i capelli, fino alla consegna. Ringrazio la Sig.ra Tina ed Antonio per la disponibilità... A presto..magari per la terza sorella! ? Disponibile e molto dolce. I could not have chosen a better atelier. Francesco kind and very polite. Valentina understood my tastes and immediately satisfied me. Helpful and very sweet.

Ieri mi sono recata in atelier e appena entrate , io e le mie " consigliere" ci siamo sentite veramente accolte con calore e umanità. Enni; la consulente, preziosa;mi ha saputo leggere dentro, è riuscita, con professionalità e pazienza a capire ciò che a parole non riuscivo ad esprimere... dopo vari abiti...e un tantino di sconforto....poofff... arriva lui..lo provo, mi sciolgo i capelli, mi guardo allo specchio .... e lacrime..le mie e della mia mamma e delle mie sorelle...grande commozione. È vero quando indossi l'abito giusto..lo senti! Questo piccolo spaccato di vita, per dire che La Venere di Benerice è il posto ideale per scegliere l'abito del nostro giorno. Lo consiglio oltre che per la vastità e la qualità degli abiti... per il calore umano trasmesso... che mi accompagna ancora oggi.
