D	Diana Dis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stati poco professionali e poco disponibili....circa 2 anni fa ho dato un acconto per un abito che avevo scelto, poi, dato che mio suocero era su un letto di un ospedale e non ce l’avrebbe fatta x il mio matrimonio, ho dovuto disdire e rimandare tutto a data da destinarsi. Tutti mi sono venuti incontro e sono stati comprensivi, ristorante, chiesa, fotografo, davvero tutti, tranne loro...chiesi semplicemente di mantenere il mio acconto però avrei voluto scegliere un altro abito, visto che la stagione sarebbe stata sicuramente diversa ( da ottobre potevo fare giugno, luglio, chissà....) Nulla non c’è stato nulla da fare, mi hanno fatto perdere i soldi dell acconto! E meno male che non avevo mica chiesto soldi, eh?!? Ma solo un cambio abito, tra l’altro senza nessuna modifica! Si trattava solo di un po’ di sensibilità, comprensione e soprattutto cortesia! Farò continua cattiva pubblicità ! They were unprofessional and not very helpful .... about 2 years ago I gave a deposit for a dress I had chosen, then, since my father-in-law was on a hospital bed and would not have made it for my wedding , I had to cancel and postpone everything to a later date. Everyone came to meet me and they were understanding, restaurant, church, photographer, really everyone, except them ... I simply asked to keep my deposit but I would have liked to choose another dress, since the season would certainly have been different (from October I could have done June, July, who knows ....) Nothing, there was nothing to do, they made me lose the money on the deposit! Luckily I hadn't asked for money, huh?!? But only a change of clothes, among other things without any changes! It was just a little bit of sensitivity, understanding and above all courtesy! I will do continuous bad publicity!

E se è stato per molti un abito indimenticabile, molto lo devo allo sguardo esperto di uno staff che mi ha fatto sentire speciale e che ha saputo guidarmi nella scelta di un abito perfetto per me. Unico atelier che ho visitato, da Maison Magic sono stata accolta dalla proprietaria, Giovanna, che prima cosa ha cercato di capire dove fosse la cerimonia, la location e soprattutto che sposa fossi io. Ammetto di essere arrivata in questo atelier senza alcuna idea precisa. Mi hanno proposto alcuni abiti, tra i quali ho trovato quello che mi ha stregato ♡ Grazie infinite per la pazienza e la professionalità, avete contribuito a realizzare il mio sogno: indossare un abito che mi rispecchiasse ♡ Two months away from my marriage I still receive compliments on the dress I wore the most beautiful day of my life. L’abbiamo scelto perché mia madre Prese il suo vestito qui! La signora Giovanna, la proprietaria AMA il suo lavoro! Una persona fantastica! Affiancata da un’ altrettanto in gamba signora Lia, il suo braccio destro! Mi hanno consigliata e guidata con affetto! Si vede quando la gente fa questo con passione da tempo e rispetta la clientela! Nonostante questo, dall'inizio (luglio 2019) alla fine (giugno 2021), lo staff e la proprietaria, Giovanna, si sono dimostrati disponibili, cordiali, empatici e sono stati un supporto (psicologico e pratico) preziosissimo. Ancora ricordo il giorno della scelta, quando Linda, solo guardandomi e ascoltando le mie richieste, individuò immediatamente il vestito perfetto per me! Bellissima esperienza e bellissimo ricordo.
