con Ristrutturazione garantita ho avuto un'esperienza piuttosto strana.
Il mio compagno ed io abbiamo bisogno di ristrutturare, stravolgendolo completamente, un intero appartamento di circa 120mq.
Incuriosita dalle ottime recensioni, durante il lungo lockdown, precisamente poco prima di Pasqua, ho inviato una e-mail tramite il loro sito web per "raccontare" il nostro progetto. Con mia enorme sorpresa sono stata contattata telefonicamente il giorno dopo da un loro gentilissimo collaboratore. Dopo una lunga chiacchierata, per me molto esaustiva, mi fu chiesto di inviare quanto prima tramite whatsapp la piantina catastale dell'appartamento con le dovute misure e mi fu detto che sarei stata ricontattata di li a qualche giorno. Fin qui tutto bene, peccato che sono spariti nel nulla senza dare alcuna spiegazione. Bah...
Comportamento strano, inusuale e deludente visti i numerosi commenti positivi.
Che dire, esperienza intensa ma decisamente troppo breve.

with guaranteed renovation I had a rather strange experience.
My partner and I need to renovate, completely distorting it, an entire apartment of about 120sqm.
Intrigued by the excellent reviews, during the long lockdown, precisely just before Easter, I sent an e-mail via their website to "tell" about our project. To my enormous surprise I was contacted by telephone the next day by one of their kind collaborators. After a long chat, very exhaustive for me, I was asked to send the cadastral map of the apartment with the necessary measures as soon as possible via whatsapp and I was told that I would be contacted a few days later. So far so good, too bad they disappeared into thin air without giving any explanation. Bah...
Strange, unusual and disappointing behavior given the numerous positive comments.
What can I say, intense but far too short experience.
