Intanto ho chiamato altri che sono già intervenuti con soluzioni meno invasive e migliori. Se siete impresa edile, ditelo subito per telefono, senza fare sopralluoghi, preventivi e fissare date per eseguire i lavori. Mi dispiace, ma nel mio caso sono stati poco professionali.
Called for an intervention, agreed for the day for the works, they disappeared afterwards. After a month they are still waiting. Meanwhile, I called others who have already intervened with less invasive and better solutions. If you are a construction company, tell them immediately by phone, without making inspections, estimates and setting dates to carry out the work. I'm sorry, but they were unprofessional in my case.
