★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho scelto di farmi seguire in un momento in cui non avevo punti fermi. ero nel pieno della separazione con mio marito, in preda a continui stati d'ansia. il percorso e' stato duro, doloroso, ma le rifarei altre 100 volte. non mi sono mai sentita sola, ho dovuto prendere decisioni importanti per me, per mio figlio e rivedere le mie posizioni ormai granitiche e incancrenite dal mio voler avere ragione a tutti i costi. la dottoressa e' stata punto fermo in un momento lungo e pesante in cui non trovavo appigli. ho capito la mia ansia, l 'ho accettata e l'ho attraversata. sono riuscita a diventare di nuovo un adulto emotivamente affidabile per mio figlio. Ho imparato a gestire la rabbia accumulata nei confronti di mio marito. Ho investito in nuove energie per il mio lavoro, per il mio essere madre. Mi sono riconosciuta finalmente come persona capace.
Ringrazio infinitamente la dottoressa Orlando per come mi ha accompagnato nel mio difficile ma fruttuoso percorso.
 I chose to be followed at a time when I had no firm points. I was in the midst of separation with my husband, in constant states of anxiety. the journey was hard, painful, but I would do it another 100 times. I never felt alone, I had to make important decisions for myself, for my son and review my positions now granite and gangrenous by my wanting to be right at all costs. the doctor was a firm point in a long and heavy moment in which I could not find any holds. I understood my anxiety, accepted it and went through it. I was able to become an emotionally reliable adult for my son again. I have learned to manage the anger that has accumulated towards my husband. I have invested in new energy for my work, for my being a mother. I finally recognized myself as a capable person.
I am infinitely grateful to Dr. Orlando for how she accompanied me on my difficult but fruitful journey.
