To tell the truth I was skeptical in the beginning with all the safety procedures but the team and the Guide of the Agency made it smooth and pretty enjoyable. The guide was very professional and prepared on every detail and made our tour special. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So much art history to see that it was overwhelming to check in one day. Better to check online what rooms you want to check and visit for the day and go straight to them instead of getting lost around.
Their Covid measures are contradictory and ridiculous. The guards at the gates didn't allow me to enter unless I put on a mask though I was exempt and had breathing problems. And of course I had to have specific mask which I had to buy from the stall near the gates. I had to buy a mask to pass the gate guards hoping to speak some sense to the guards inside. The five minutes I had to put the mask were a nightmare to me but the guards inside were not more helpful and asked me to wait for almost 30 minutes to contact a doctor to check if being exempt is 'ok'. The doctor, when he finally showed up, he was laughing at me. Nobody apologised for the distress they caused me and I am pretty sure they didn't understand what does it mean to be unable to breath while wearing a mask. I had to explain my situation in every room I walked through in the museum.
While being strict on wearing a specific kind of mask, they allowed more people to enter than the museum rooms could accommodate. In the Sestine Chapel, we were just walking ahead from one room to another without being able to check the paintings and sculptures displayed. I found it quite difficult to breath in such crowded area and was looking for the exit which was not easily found.
