La cialda era croccante e friabile ma la ricotta seppur fresca, era granulosa: evidentemente non viene setacciata e a mio parere non era di pecora. Nel complesso non è male ma non è eccezionale come abbiamo letto in altri commenti.
Delusi anche dal biscottino di pasta di mandorle "color verde" pistacchio.
Secondo noi, c è di meglio in città e a prezzi migliori.
2 stelle perché ci hanno servito con simpatia e gentilezza.
 Reading the reviews we had high expectations and instead, we just didn't!
The waffle was crunchy and crumbly but the ricotta, although fresh, was grainy: obviously it was not sifted and in my opinion it was not sheep's milk. Overall not bad but not great as we have read in other comments.
Also disappointed by the "green" pistachio almond paste biscuit.
In our opinion, there is better in town and at better prices.
2 stars because they served us with sympathy and kindness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best canolo I have ever eaten! We drove over 30+ minutes everyday during our 8 day stay in western sicily for our fix. filling is so fresh you can take the grass the cows were munching on! Your time in San Vito lo Capo is not complete until you stop here to stuff your face.
