Sicuramente non ci torno più e mi dispiace perché il Negozio e' molto ben curato e di ottima qualità. Mi sono però imbattuta in un commesso poco professionale...!!! ho provato un modello il cui interno aveva un piumino removibile. Dal momento che ero indecisa tra 2 taglie gli ho chiesto di provarle rimuovendo il piumino interno ..mi ha risposto che non si mette a togliere la parte Interna con tutti i clienti altrimenti si perde tempo. Mi ha invitato a comprarlo e provarlo con calma a casa, tanto avrei avuto 30 giorni per restituirlo...dal momento che parliamo di una giacca da 450 euro poteva evitare risposte così cafone e poco professionali..!!!! Un commesso così non mi sembra adeguato per un Negozio di quel livello..
I certainly won't go back there and I'm sorry because the shop is very well maintained and of excellent quality. However, I came across an unprofessional salesman ... !!! I tried a model whose interior had a removable duvet. Since I was undecided between 2 sizes, I asked him to try them on by removing the inner duvet .. he replied that he does not start to remove the inner part with all the customers otherwise you waste time. He invited me to buy it and try it calmly at home, I would have had 30 days to return it ... since we are talking about a 450 euro jacket he could have avoided such naive and unprofessional answers .. !!!! A salesman like this does not seem adequate for a shop of that level ..

Andato per acquistare qualche maglietta conoscendo bene la qualità della marca. Il personale, in particolar modo il signore più adulto, è parso inadatto al contatto con la clientela, quasi infastidito. Vedo una maglia che avevo già acquistato a Modena, il signore senza proferir parola me la alza davanti. Gli dico che le maniche erano diverse in quella che avevo già acquistato. Non ricevo risposta ma continua a tenerla aperta davanti ai miei occhi. Cerco di capire la taglia adatta a me e ricevo una risposta sintetica e disinteressata. Dico che magari guardo qualcos'altro e lui mi liquida con un "Ok" girandosi velocemente e iniziando a piegare la maglia che malauguratamente aveva dovuto aprire per me. Alla fine ho trovato da solo una maglia che ho acquistato, il commesso in cassa ha canticchiato senza dire altro fino a che, almeno, ci ha salutati una volta terminato il pagamento. Leggendo altre recensioni ho visto che altri si sono trovati male con il personale. Consiglio di migliorare il proprio rapporto con la clientela. Anch'io nel mio lavoro ci ho a che fare e non ne vado entusiasta, ma bisogna SFORZARSI, soprattutto con clienti che dicono "buongiorno", "grazie", "per favore", merce rara al giorno d'oggi. Buon lavoro.
Went to buy some t-shirts knowing the quality of the brand well. The staff, especially the older man, seemed unsuitable for contact with customers, almost annoyed. I see a shirt that I had already bought in Modena, the gentleman without saying a word raises it in front of me. I tell him that the sleeves were different from the one I had already bought. I don't get an answer but keep holding it open in front of my eyes. I try to figure out the right size for me and I receive a concise and disinterested answer. I say that maybe I look at something else and he dismisses me with an "Ok" by turning quickly and starting to fold the shirt that unfortunately he had to open for me. In the end I found by myself a shirt that I bought, the clerk at the cashier hummed without saying anything else until, at least, he greeted us once the payment was finished. Reading other reviews I saw that others got off on the staff. I recommend improving your relationship with customers. I too have to deal with it in my work and I don't go enthusiastic about it, but you have to STRIVE, especially with customers who say "good morning", "thank you", "please", a rare commodity nowadays. Good job.

HORRIBLE! We went to the store today, it was supposed to close at 19:30. We were there at 19:15, and went straight to the woman's section that is upstairs. The cashier ran upstairs and told us: "don't you see the lights are off, that means we are closed women". They even have people at the store!!!! We will never come back. We give them one star because there is no way to give them 0.
