★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice bar in downtown Verona, good atmosphere and very good service, very good drinks and snacks, you have to book in advance to drink at the bar on weekends, you can also have dinner at the bistrò, good place for celebrations.

I went here for a cappuccino. I ordered an almond milk cappuccino since I cannot have milk. I took one sip and realized it did not taste right at all. I asked again if it was almond milk and the waiter insisted. I asked to see the bottle and the waiter started ignoring me saying one moment one moment. He then walked away to whisper to his coworker, came back and said it was normal milk. EXTREMELY disappointing since when I placed the order I made it clear I cannot drink milk so can only have a cappuccino with plant milk and he secretly tried to give me real milk and pass it off as plant based to make a sale. Even the small sip I took made me sick and ruined my entire day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is decent but the person in charge is terrible. Yesterday he didn't let us in. Today we made a reservation and they confused the hours. He told us that it is full and it's difficult to find a table and at the end another person from the place told him to let us in. When we entered we saw an empty room with more than 70% of seats empty. For what reason we were about to loose our reservation just to say that they don't accept any other people when it is empty??? First time in my life saw that.
*Ps propably yesterday it was still empty when they didn't let us in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a really beautiful bar set in the heart of Verona. We were warmly welcomed here and even if the bartenders did not speak that much English they managed to get us drinks that we really liked. The reason why I am not giving this place five stars is that after we had the first cocktails the waiting time was way too long, even though the bar was not that busy. But it seems to be pretty new so i think they will get there in time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of this bar is a dream in the heart of Verona.very welcoming.they have good selection of drinks but nothing beat the taste of aperol in Italy.the bar is very clean and beautiful interior. The waitress was friendly we were happy about her service.it is a must try bar in Verona. Especially from 17:00 pm the open the second floor cocktail bar. Unfortunately I was early and I couldn’t wait for that long until the open.thanks for your service and just been friendly.pit I can’t post videos for more pictures
