p	poline kuzmina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my 7 years old child got kicked out of the restaurant (where we were the ONLY guests) because the barmen didn’t like my American vaccination card. He said he cannot accept it. Greenpass only. I addressed this issue with the receptionist, she was very sweet and kind, and was also shocked by the barman’s behavior. She brought us some water and asked if we needed anything else. I was very appreciative to see such kindness. She also told me they already experienced similar problems with this person, his name is Fabrizio, who apparently decided to establish his own rules. I think the management should pay more attention to this issue. And that person should not be working in The Mall, which is a very nice place overall.

P	Perry Yeo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a new outlet mall and with many shop still not operating. I Think once all the shop open it will be a better place. I will suggest the management to have more food in the location, as currently only one shop selling food
G	Gabriela G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Mall Sanremo it's small, if I compare to Regello or any other location so the choice is quite limited. I hope they will expand more and open other shops soon. Waiting for the sales season, otherwise it's quite pricey.
B	Ben Nomade Digital on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I put only 4 stars because the mall is very small and it should be more shops, except this the place is perfect for enjoy big discount on luxury brands, Gucci shop is a must go ! Perfect service, friendly staff, very carrying, and very good prices !

In fact its absolutely not finished yet (November 2019), a little over half of the stores are still in construction. Clothes are about 30-50 % less expensive however no special offers when we arrived mid season November. Only one small restaurant so far, nice looking but ample better dining in area.

On Valentine's Day, the visitor center has chocolate delivery activities. When I was happy to pick up the chocolates, they told us that we could not receive the chocolates because the chocolates were for customers . Prepared by our customers, as if we are beggars here, this is the first discrimination we have suffered in this discount village. There was a Mother’s Day activity recently. There was a free hand care activity in the small flower room of the activity center. When my friend and I went to watch this activity, the staff in the flower room welcomed us very warmly, but the work of the visitor center The staff rejected us again and told us: This activity is not for you. And I explained to the staff inside that she could not serve us. Her attitude made my friend and I very angry and felt insulted. Her words slapped us in the face like a slap. My friends and I were very slapped. Angrily, we are not the staff here, we are also consumers in the discount village, why can't we participate in the activities here? This is shame and discrimination! Shopping here is really good, but the staff at the visitor center here does not respect us. We are the same as other customers, and we hope to get the same respect.
