Pessima ..... vorrei capire come fa un negozio far aspettare fuori in coda più di 50 minuti con un addetto alla sicurezza dopo una mia lamentela di aver aspettato 50 minuti , oltretutto in negozio c’erano 18 persone e la capienza massima è di 28 persone( indicato sul cartellino davanti all’entrata ... mi dice : come io faccio la coda alla posta lei si metta a farla qui ... assurdo !!! Trattamento dei clienti abituali pessima !!!
Very bad ..... I would like to understand how a shop makes you wait outside in a queue for more than 50 minutes with a security officer after my complaint of waiting 50 minutes, plus there were 18 people in the shop and the maximum capacity is 28 people (indicated on the card in front of the entrance ... he says to me: as I queue at the post office you start to queue here ... absurd !!! Bad treatment of regulars !!!

Deux étoiles et ce magasin ne mérite pas plus. Moi je n’ai pas attendu dehors comme les autres commentaire, ma mauvaise expérience est du au service et surtout à ce qu’ils ont estimé ne pas avoir à faire ! J’ai craqué pour un sac qui est quasiment commun, un incontournable de la marque : le sunset Dans mon coup de foudre et pressé par mes obligations … j’ai oublié de vérifier l’état global du sac, et en effet il avait un petit défaut: il est rayé à côté du logo YSL sur le devant, le lendemain je préviens la vendeuse (je n’habite pas a sanremo) elle me demande de repasser soit de faire un remboursement soit un échange, je devais me retaper la route pour une histoire de sac, même pas d’avoir ni un geste commercial si je le garde ! Après avoir insister, le « gérant » m’annonce qu’ils vont réfléchir, ça fait 3 mois j’attends toujours l’appel ! Ce n’est pas un magasin de luxe, j’estime que lorsqu’on y va on ne doit pas attendre après les vendeurs qui parlent entre eux ! Bien que ce soit un outlet, le service de la marque Saint Laurent DOIT suivre. Première fois que j’achète à cette marque je me demande pas si ça ne sera pas la dernière ! Vaut mieux aller à la vallée village !
Two stars and this store doesn't deserve more. I did not wait outside like the other comments, my bad experience is due to the service and especially to what they felt they did not have to do! I fell in love with a bag that is almost common, a must-have for the brand: the sunset In my love at first sight and in a hurry by my obligations ... I forgot to check the overall condition of the bag, and indeed it had a small defect: it is scratched next to the YSL logo on the front, the next day I will notify the saleswoman (I don't live in Sanremo) she asks me to come back either to make a refund or an exchange, I had to hit the road again for a bag story, not even to have or a commercial gesture if I keep it! After insisting, the "manager" tells me that they will think about it, it's been 3 months I'm still waiting for the call! This is not a luxury store, I believe that when you go there you shouldn't wait for the salespeople who are talking to each other! Although this is an outlet, the Saint Laurent brand service MUST follow. First time buying from this brand I'm not wondering if it won't be my last! Better to go to the valley village!

Experience minable , attente trop longue alors que personne a l’intérieur seulement 2 clients. Les vendeurs vous traitent comme des moins que rien , comment saint Laurent peut tolérer ça ? La vendeuse super antipathique , hautaine. Produit défectueux et la vendeuse me dit que c’est normal car c’est un outlet.
Shabby experience, too long wait when no one inside only 2 customers. The sellers treat you like nobody, how can Saint Laurent tolerate that? The saleswoman super unfriendly, haughty. Defective product and the saleswoman tells me that it is normal because it is an outlet.

I’d have to say, making enquiries with Saint Laurent Outlet in Sanremo has been the worst experience I’ve had shopping. I was literally refused sale and was told all the items I requested we’re not available when they actually were. I don’t want to assume it’s some sort of prejudice but it was a terrible experience.
