★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attente inutile, personne dans la boutique mais obligée d’attendre dans le froid dehors. Le mec de la sécurité m’a super mal parlé. Personne ne s’est occupé de moi dans le magasin. Les produits restent très cher pour un outlet.
Unnecessary wait, no one in the shop but forced to wait in the cold outside. The security guy spoke to me very badly. No one took care of me in the store. The products remain very expensive for an outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mal accueilli. L’agent de sécurité est venu 5 fois nous voir et nous faire remonter le masque jusqu’aux yeux sur un ton très agressif. Tandis que d’autres clients avaient le masque sous le menton et il ne leur a pas demandé de le remettre. En tant que cliente fidèle balenciaga je trouve ça inacceptable (d’ailleurs ce meme jour j’ai acheté une paire de basket aucune vendeuse ne s’est déplacé pour me conseiller). Ils sont bons qu’à nous renvoyer des messages sur whatsapp alors qu’en boutique aucun vendeurs ne fait preuve de professionnalisme!!! Décevant !!!
Very unwelcome. The security guard came to see us 5 times and pulled the mask up to our eyes in a very aggressive tone. While other customers had the mask under their chin and he did not ask them to put it back on. As a loyal Balenciaga customer, I find that unacceptable (moreover that same day I bought a pair of sneakers, no saleswoman came to advise me). They are only good at sending us messages on whatsapp while in store no sellers show professionalism!!! Disappointing !!!
