Il personale è professionale, gentile e sempre attento al cliente. Hanno sempre saputo consigliarmi e trovare le soluzioni migliori in base alle mie esigenze. Una volta provato è IMPOSSIBILE cambiare!!!!!
TOP!!!!! I have been a customer for many years and have always left satisfied. The shop is gorgeous. Excellent value for money. The staff are professional, kind and always attentive to the customer. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono trovata benissimo dal primo giorno .. lo staff e' professionale e sempre disponibile ad ogni bisogno del cliente hanno un extra touch che non hanno in molti.. la location è accogliente e affascinante molto curata anche nei dettagli.. insomma tutto coordinato nella giusta perfezione. Posso dire di aver trovato il mio "Parrucchiere" che consiglio a tutti!!!
I had a great time from the first day .. the staff is professional and always available for every customer's need they have an extra touch that not many have .. the location is welcoming and charming with great attention to detail .. in short, everything coordinated in the right perfection. I can say that I have found my "hairdresser" that I recommend to everyone !!!

È un piacere affidarsi a loro, certi del risultato e della soddisfazione che si ottiene, uscendo dal salone.

Preparati e bravissimi, ma soprattutto amano quello che fanno e si vede in ogni piccola cosa. Io con loro mi sento coccolata e bellissima :))
My trusted hairdressers! I really want to do this review and carve out this moment for them. Very often the importance of this small gesture is underestimated. Prepared and very good, but above all they love what they do and it shows in every little thing. I feel pampered and beautiful with them :))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenotato un taglio uomo. All'arrivo puntuale mi dicono che erano dispiaciuti ma la persona che doveva fare il taglio ha avuto un imprevisto. Situazione che comprendo al 100%. Quello che non comprendo e non accetto è il fatto che nessuno mi ha avvisato. lo giudico un disservizio grave pertanto sconsiglio vivamente questo posto per chi considera il tempo e la serietà due variabili importanti.
Booked a men's cut. Upon arrival on time they tell me that they were sorry but the person who had to make the cut had an unexpected event. Situation that I understand 100%. What I don't understand and don't accept is the fact that no one has warned me. I consider it a serious disservice therefore I strongly advise against this place for those who consider time and seriousness two important variables.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dire che sono bravi è davvero poco. Desy mi ha fatto le extension ed è eccezionale. Controlla i minimi particolari . Io sono molto esigente e non avevo mai cambiato il mio parrucchiere. Ormai non la mollo più.
To say that they are good is very little. Desy gave me extensions and she's great. Check the smallest details. I am very fussy and had never changed my hairdresser. I'm not giving up anymore.
