★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo preso qui una cucina Arredo 3, che è stata montata durante la ristrutturazione dell'appartamento (sono l'architetto che ha seguito la ristrutturazione) , un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, design essenziale che strizza l'occhio alle tendenze del momento; ci ha seguiti Claudia, gentilissima e sempre disponibile, ci ha aiutati a soddisfare tutte le richieste in ogni dettaglio, i tempi di consegna sono stati rispettati, anzi siamo noi che abbiamo dovuto posticipare più di una volta per i ritardi del cantiere; ho anche avuto modo di rapportarmi con Federico, anche lui sempre supergentile e disponibile, un ottimo staff e un ottimo prodotto.
We took here an Arredo 3 kitchen, which was assembled during the renovation of the apartment (I am the architect who followed the renovation), an excellent quality / price ratio, an essential design that winks at the trends of the moment; Claudia followed us, very kind and always available, she helped us to satisfy all requests in every detail, the delivery times were respected, indeed it was we who had to postpone more than once for the delays of the construction site; I also had the opportunity to relate to Federico, who is also always super friendly and helpful, an excellent staff and an excellent product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fissato appuntamento per ordinare un letto, scivolata in fondo perché prioritari gli appuntamenti di clienti che dovevano ordinare camere o cucine complete. Fatto ordine, letto arrivato in magazzino in ritardo rispetto alle previsioni, dopo innumerevoli solleciti, scopriamo che non riceviamo ancora una chiamata per fissare la consegna perché la priorità di chiamata si ha solo se si salda il 100% prima. Ne deduco grande cura solo per clienti che effettuano grossi ordinativi e priorità di consegna tarata su pagamenti anticipati. Insomma, ci sono clienti di serie A e clienti di serie Z. Molto delusa.

I deduce great care only for customers who place large orders and delivery priority calibrated on advance payments. In short, there are A series customers and Z series customers. Very disappointed.

Grazie a Federico che ha visitato più volte il nostro appartamento per assicurarsi che tutto andasse secondo i piani e per aver trovato buone soluzioni ai nostri problemi. We finally have our new kitchen in the house! We were delighted and very satisfied with the work done by "image and design". From the first moment we set foot in their showroom until the moment the workers left our apartment, we met a competent and decisive staff, which takes into account every desire or thought of the customer.
