In poche parole, camera matrimoniale compresa di armadio, comò e comodini arrivata già in ritardo. Alla consegna della camera stessa, finalmente dopo ca 10 gg di ritardo, nonostante i già larghi tempi di consegna, vediamo recapitare solamente l'armadio, mentre comò e comodini sono spariti dal magazzino e chi doveva consegnarli non sapeva darne conto. Morale della favola, gli hanno dovuti riordinare con ulteriore perdita di tempo, dovevano essere 5 gg lavorativi, ce ne hanno messo quasi il triplo. In ultimo, dopo la pulizia dei comodini abbiamo trovato dei graffi colorati sulla superficie, molto visibili in contro luce, risposta della proprietaria? Ormai avete firmato la consegna, dovevate dirlo subito!. Specifico che subito non è possibile visto che come ho scritto prima il mobile andava pulito dalla polvere per notare il tutto, facevo attendere il signore che li montava? Visto che aveva anche altri appuntamenti non mi è sembrato il caso. Oltre al fatto che è stata anche avvisata prima di subito di questi graffi.
Quindi..... Io non mi servirò più da questo negozio e né tantomeno lo consiglio, ma ANZI....

Upon delivery of the room itself, finally after about 10 days of delay, despite the already long delivery times, we only see the wardrobe delivered, while the dresser and bedside tables have disappeared from the warehouse and those who had to deliver them could not account for it. Moral of the story, they had to tidy up with further waste of time, they had to be 5 working days, it took almost triple. Finally, after cleaning the bedside tables, we found some colored scratches on the surface, very visible against the light, answer from the owner? By now you have signed the delivery, you had to say it immediately !. I specify that immediately it is not possible since as I wrote before the cabinet was cleaned of dust to notice everything, did I wait for the gentleman who mounted them? Since he had other dates as well, it didn't seem the case. In addition to the fact that she was also warned before immediately of these scratches.
So ..... I will no longer need this shop and nor do I recommend it, but REALLY ....
