★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centro bellissimo in tutto ogni volta che vado mi rilasso ti coccolano sempre dall'estetista al parrucchiere sono eccezionali non ne posso più fare a meno sopratutto con i loro macchinari all'avanguardia molto efficaci , Simona bravissima per le unghie ,Tiziana la titolare e andre super professionali e bravissimi, li consiglio vivamente per la loro simpatia, bravura professionalità .
 Beautiful center in everything every time I go I relax they always pamper you from the beautician to the hairdresser they are exceptional I can no longer do without them especially with their very effective cutting-edge machinery, Simona very good for nails, Tiziana the owner and andre super professional and very good, I highly recommend them for their sympathy, skill and professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno ustionato per una semplice c'era labiale (costo 5€) e la responsabile non si è nemmeno preoccupata di offrire un servizio omaggio come risarcimento né tanto meno di scusarsi o mostrarsi mortificata. Ero io secondo lei, ustionata e con una cena importantissima il giorno dopo, ad essere esagerata e il mio dermatologo uno che "non dovrebbe parlare di ciò che non sa". Incapaci, presuntuose e pessime imprenditrici. Sarebbe bastato poco a rabbonirmi e fare una figura migliore, invece non si ci si è presi nemmeno la responsabilità del danno.
They burned me for a simple lip (cost € 5) and the manager did not even bother to offer a free service as compensation nor to apologize or appear mortified. According to her, it was I, burned and having a very important dinner the next day, who was exaggerated and my dermatologist one who "shouldn't talk about what he doesn't know". Incapable, presumptuous and bad businesswomen. It would have taken little to appease me and make a better figure, but we didn't even take responsibility for the damage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beauty lab e il migliore centro estetico e parrucchieri di tutti, sempre pulito e igenizzato , molto accoglienti, simpatici e sempre disponibili, ascoltano sempre la tua opinione e ti consigliano il migliore trattamento adatto a te, personale fantastico e ti fanno accomodare subito, l’ambiente è sempre curato.E' un luogo intimo , vieni accolta sempre con sorrisi , brave e professionali, e ti fanno sentire subito a tuo agio. I trattamenti richiesti dalla cliente sono proposti e consigliati in modo corretto ed esauriente. Non da sottovalutare poi l'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo sui servizi offerti ve lo consiglio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono venuta in questo centro tramite un loro parrucchiere. Dopo essere stata per un anno la loro cliente, una permanente non riesce (era finito il fissante ed hanno fatto finta di nulla proseguendo) al risultato, ovvero inesistente e con evidente capello danneggiato, ho chiesto di ripassare due mesi dopo tempo che il capello si riprendesse a rifarla, dato che non era riuscita minimamente. Nonostante il reportage di foto che facesse vedere il risultato catastrofico la proprietaria mi ha comunque chiesto di passare in studio e controllare personalmente, a suo malincuore avevo ragione.
Passati i due mesi, al mio ritorno, faccio di nuovo la permanente senza chiedere nulla di più. Saluto e vado via.
La proprietaria, mi scrive dicendo che di sua spontanea volontà mi aveva fatto una ricostruzione e le dovevo dei soldi oltre alla piega (capelli ricci, quindi solo asciugati) perché l’ha dovuta rifare.
Pessimi, davvero.
Entri e si dimenticano di te, se devi fare cose impegnative come colore o trattamenti passano almeno 5 ore.
Un incubo
I came to this center through their hairdresser. After having been their client for a year, a perm fails (the fixer was finished and they pretended nothing had happened). resume to do it again, since it had not succeeded in the least. Despite the photo reportage that showed the catastrophic result, the owner still asked me to go to the studio and check it personally, reluctantly I was right.
After two months, on my return, I do the perm again without asking for anything more. I say goodbye and go away.
The owner writes to me saying that of her own free will she had made me a reconstruction and I owed her some money in addition to the styling (curly hair, therefore only dried) because she had to do it again.
Bad, really.
You come in and they forget about you, if you have to do demanding things like color or treatments they spend at least 5 hours.
