Arrivato a casa, mi accorgo che il portalistini ha QUASI tutti i fogli aperti nell'angolo in alto vicino alla rilegatura. Il giorno successivo ho riportato il prodotto per farmelo sostituire e la commessa (la più giovane, scusatemi ma non ricordo il nome) ha risposto molto seccata e scortese che non si tratta di un prodotto difettoso, ma si tratta di un'apertura per facilitare l'inserimento. Potevo anche accettare questa risposta, solo che il portalistini ha solo una parte dei fogli con questa apertura. Più di metà dei fogli sono privi di tale apertura. Per cui, è molto palese che si tratti di un prodotto difettoso. Tutte le altre copie dello stesso articolo mostratemi hanno lo stesso problema. Per cui si tratterà di una partita difettosa. Più di tutto però vorrei sottolineare che la ragazza giovane che mi ha servito è stata maleducata, quasi aggressiva verbalmente, rispondeva alle mie richieste in dialetto reggiano e se non ci fosse stata l'altra commessa bionda la situazione sarebbe degenerata. Una simile commessa andrebbe licenziata perché rappresenta la prima causa di perdita di clienti. Vergognatevi!!! I purchased a 140-sheet price list holder at the "modest" price of 8 euros. Speriamo non chiuda mai, e possa magari anche riaprire la bella vetrina di una volta, per un tocco di eleganza che ora manca alla Galleria Cavour, un tempo gloriosa. Personale sempre correttissimo , gentile, e disponibile. Buon assortimento per ufficio, scuola e arti. Nice shop that resists in a historic center now defrauded of its identity.
