★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolto alla Barberia Old School con aspettative molto alte, avendo letto diversi commenti entusiasti sul posto.
Tuttavia, la mia esperienza è stata a dir poco deludente.
Servizio barba frettoloso e impreciso, scarsa cura della pelle prima della rasatura (no panno caldo, solo crema proraso spalmata velocemente), cui è conseguita una vistosa ferita da taglio (disinfettata solo su mia esplicita richiesta), peraltro senza un minimo cenno di scuse da parte del barbiere.
Ovviamente tutto al costo di un servizio eseguito a regola d’arte!
Peccato, da una barberia “vecchia scuola” mi sarei aspettato molto di più.
PS: Rispetto alla risposta del proprietario, tengo a precisare che il sottoscritto si è presentato in orario su regolare appuntamento fissato la mattina stessa per il tardo pomeriggio. Inoltre, credo che un servizio basilare come il panno caldo (o come la disinfezione di una ferita!) non debba essere richiesto dal cliente, ma proposto dal professionista (forse nel mio caso il barbiere non ha usato il panno perché doveva darsi “una mossa”). Infine, riguardo al taglio sulla pelle, o graffio come lo chiama il proprietario e per il quale il barbiere non si è minimamente scusato, evito di pubblicare per decenza la foto.
I approached Barberia Old School with very high expectations, having read several enthusiastic comments about the place.
However, my experience was disappointing to say the least.
Hasty and imprecise beard service, poor skin care before shaving (no hot cloth, only proraso cream spread quickly), which resulted in a conspicuous cut wound (disinfected only at my explicit request), moreover without a hint of apology from part of the barber shop.
Obviously all at the cost of a service performed in a workmanlike manner!
Too bad, I would have expected much more from an "old school" barbershop.
PS: With respect to the owner's answer, I would like to clarify that the undersigned showed up on time on a regular appointment fixed the same morning for the late afternoon. Furthermore, I believe that a basic service such as a warm cloth (or like the disinfection of a wound!) Should not be requested by the client, but proposed by the professional (perhaps in my case the barber did not use the cloth because he had to give himself "a move "). Finally, regarding the cut on the leather, or scratch as the owner calls it and for which the barber has not apologized in the least, I avoid publishing the photo for decency.
