Wrong time info. Sunday CLOSED. It was not nice to find it closed when the time says the opposite, especially because I live in another municipality. UPDATE !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza zero. Ho provato due costumi con il mio intimo personale, dopo averli provati ho lasciato i costumi dalla ragazza che li stava sistemando. La stessa dopo quelache minuto é venuta da me, premetto che nel negozio c'era molta gente, dicendo "hai provato tu questo costume?! Perché è sporco".. Io con molta tranquillità ho risposto "guardi l'ho provato con il mio intimo probabilmente la macchia già c'era e non me ne sono resa conto". Tutto questo per dire che non c'è bisogno di mettere in ridicolo la cliente,in questo caso me, davanti tutte quelle persone. Sono del parere che se c'è un problema su un capo o ci si avvicina alla cliente e si evita di dare spettacolo o si lascia perdere! Avrei voluto comprare un paio di costumi, beh dopo questo sono andata via senza niente. É una questione di educazione che in questo caso è mancata!
Zero experience. I tried two costumes with my personal underwear, after trying them I left the costumes with the girl who was fixing them. The same one after that minute came to me, I state that there was a lot of people in the shop, saying "did you try this costume ?! Because it's dirty" .. I replied with great tranquility "look I tried it with my intimate the stain was probably already there and I didn't realize it ". All this to say that there is no need to ridicule the customer, in this case me, in front of all those people. I am of the opinion that if there is a problem on a garment or if you approach the client and avoid giving a show or giving up! I wanted to buy a pair of costumes, well after this I left with nothing. It is a question of education that in this case has been missed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutti i negozi dovrebbero usare le accortezze che ci sono in questo punto vendita di Lanciano. Rispetto al 100% delle regole anti-covid, ingressi contingentati, gentilezza e cortesia da parte di tutte le commesse. Tutti i capi provati vengono igienizzati con prodotti specifici forniti dall' azienda stessa ( ho chiesto addirittura se avrei potuto acquistarli, ma non era possibile). Sinceramente non mi era mai capitato di notare tutto questo in altri negozi a larga distribuzione

All shops should use the precautions that are present in this Lanciano store. Respect to 100% of the anti-covid rules, quota entrances, kindness and courtesy on the part of all orders. All the tested garments are sanitized with specific products supplied by the company itself (I even asked if I could have bought them, but it was not possible). Honestly, I've never seen all this in other large-scale retail stores
