Bad experience, impossible to contact. They do not respect telephone appointments. They don't have a fixed number, you have to call 060060.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono un cliente della BNL da quasi 40 anni e mai mi era capitata una cosa simile. Entro e sono l'unico cliente ma alle casse non c'è nessuno.Passano 5 minuti ed entra un altro cliente che va ad informarsi sul perché le casse sono deserte. Gli vien detto che l'unico impiegato è uscito a prendere il caffè. Entrano altri clienti ma niente. finalmente dopo altri 10 minuti si presenta l'impiegato e come se nulla fosse e senza nemmeno chiedere scusa mi fa accomodare.Faccio le mie rimostranze ma sembra non importargli granché. Dice che se non c'è nessun cliente in sala loro possono uscire...mi sembra molto strano ma non replico. Dico soltanto che la precedente generazione di bancari era tutto un'altra cosa rispetto a loro: molto più professionali e disponibili nei confronti dei clienti. E stiamo parlando della BNL ,banca internazionale!!
I have been a BNL client for almost 40 years and such a thing had never happened to me. I go in and I am the only customer but there is no one at the tills. 5 minutes pass and another customer enters who goes to find out why the tills are empty. He is told that the only employee has gone out for coffee. Other customers come in but nothing. finally after another 10 minutes the employee shows up and as if nothing had happened and without even apologizing he makes me sit. I make my complaints but he doesn't seem to care much. He says that if there is no customer in the room they can go out ... it seems very strange to me but I don't reply. I'm just saying that the previous generation of bankers was quite another thing compared to them: much more professional and available towards customers. And we are talking about the BNL, the international bank !!

Sfatiamo il mito del telefono, se si è clienti e dico clienti, si ha a disposizione un numero di cellulare del gestore del proprio conto è rispondono sempre, se è occupato richiamano loro,. Il fatto di volere un numero fisso solo per rompere le scatole e chiedere informazioni Ida parte di chi nn è cliente è giustissimo chi ha bisogno passi in filiale
