★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buona disponibilità di occhiali delle migliori marche, personale gentile e disponibile, ma poca trasparenza e serietà, mi hanno venduto occhiali con lenti che credevo fossero Galileo (questo era l'accordo), ma in realtà ho scoperto che la marca era un'altra (Divel) Sic!!!
 Good availability of glasses of the best brands, kind and helpful staff, but little transparency and seriousness, they sold me glasses with lenses that I thought were Galileo (this was the agreement), but in reality I discovered that the brand was another ( Divel) Sic !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' successo due volte che la montatura degli occhiali perfettamente integra si sia rotta nel momento in cui stavano montando le lenti nuove , ed entrambe le volte ci hanno fatto pagare la nuova montatura in sostituzione di quella che LORO avevano rotto. Si può fortemente pensare che lo facciano apposta oppure se si vuole essere più placidi li si può considerare come incidenti , ma resta il fatto che chi rompe paga e se tizio mi rompe una montatura è lui a dovermi dare una montatura nuova gratis. Noi non ci siamo lamentati , ma faremo i fatti , sono 3 clienti persi. Disonestà.
It happened twice that the perfectly intact frame of the glasses broke when they were fitting the new lenses, and both times they charged us for the new frame to replace the one THEY had broken. You can strongly think that they do it on purpose or if you want to be more placid you can consider them as accidents, but the fact remains that whoever breaks pays and if a guy breaks my frame, he has to give me a new frame for free. We did not complain, but we will do the facts, they are 3 lost customers. Dishonesty.
