La commessa ha commentato con nonchalance che si è SOLO svitata una lente. Per fortuna che quando l'occhiale si è rotto non stavo guidando in autostrada (giorni fa ho fatto 600 km per andare a Firenze e poi sono ritornata), altrimenti non sarei qui a scrivere questo post. Poi ho ordinato per il mio ragazzo alcune lenti e la commessa mi aveva detto che sarebbero arrivati dopo neanche una settimana. Sono arrivate 2 scatole su 4 dopo un mese, a seguito di numerose telefonate e visite. It attests very long to buy a pair of glasses, which after a few months broke, suddenly sliding a lens. The saleswoman commented nonchalantly that she ONLY unscrewed a lens. Fortunately, when the glasses broke I was not driving on the highway (days ago I did 600 km to go to Florence and then I returned), otherwise I would not be here to write this post. Then I ordered some lenses for my boyfriend and the saleswoman told me they would arrive after less than a week. 2 out of 4 boxes arrived after a month, following numerous calls and visits.
G	Gianluca Crognale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ purtroppo non mi sono trovato bene attesa troppo lunga cosa che non mi era stata detta l'arrivo delle lenti e stato rimandato di gg in gg per poi consegnare gli occhiali con una lente corretta e l'altra tagliata male con dei spazi intorno.... quindi avrei dovuto aspettare ancora altro tempo per avere la lente giusta, a quel punto ho rinunciato e cambiato ottico unfortunately I was not happy waiting too long thing that I had not been told the arrival of the lenses and was postponed from days to days to then deliver the glasses with a correct lens and the other badly cut with spaces around ... so I would have had to wait even longer to get the right lens, at which point I gave up and changed optics

Zero disponibilità,siamo andati in negozio per dare un aggiustata alla montatura e dopo 3 ore di attesa in cui hanno fatto come se non ci fossimo nonostante ad una certa il negozio era vuoto,e l'unica che hanno saputo dire è "appena possibile vediamo la tua montatura"(comprata li meno di un anno prima).me ne sono andata senza risolvere nulla. Feci un ordine per una clip per il sole,dissi che la volevo nera,dopo due settimane di attesa vado perché mi dicono che era arrivata. Lascio l'occhiale e mi dicono che in mezz'ora era pronto. Dopo 20 min esce la ragazza e mi dice che purtroppo avevano sbagliato a mandargliela e il colore era diverso. Alla fine ho dovuto prendere quella,perché mi hanno detto che altrimenti avrei dovuto aspettare un altra settimana,se andava bene . Bad. In the end I had to take that, because they told me that otherwise I would have to wait another week, if it was okay.
