★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri pomeriggio siamo entrati nel negozio alla ricerca per un costume da bagno. C'era un po' di gente però sinceramente le commesse erano più prese a rifornire che ad aiutare i clienti. Ho chiesto aiuto per trovare un costume per mio figlio ed invece di accompagnarmi per farmeli vedere, mi ha indicato con il dito un po' sarcasticamente dove si trovavano. In un negozio piccolo così non è di certo il comportamento che uno aspetta. Peccato. Infatti, l'ho comprato da un'altra parte.

I asked for help to find a costume for my son and instead of accompanying me to show them, he pointed a little sarcastically with his finger where they were. Sono cliente tezenis da anni
Ma come mi trovo bene ad Empoli ( fi ) in nessun altro negozio riesco.
In qualsiasi momento o periodo ci passo , lo trovo sempre ordinato e preciso e nn ho mai bisogno di chiedere taglia o colore di ciò che voglio perché trovo sempre tutto.
Ultimo punto ma importantissimo, le ragazze che ci sono , sono davvero preparate e tutte le informazioni che mi danno nn le ho mai sentite in altri negozi purtroppo ed è un peccato perché si percepisce proprio quanto ci credono nella loro azienda.
Complimenti perché mi trasmettono davvero positività che credo, soprattutto in questo periodo sia fondamentale.

Last but very important point, the girls there are really prepared and all the information they give me I have never heard in other shops unfortunately and it's a shame because you feel just how much they believe in their company.
