A	Alexandra Molo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrata nel negozio per chiedere un consiglio sull'utilizzo di una tinta che ero tentata a comprare,la commessa mi ha risposto in una maniera molto scortese dicendomi che se non avessi scelto la tinta che volevo acquistare essa non mi avrebbe dato nessun consiglio(me ne sono andata delusa).Ero già stata in questo negozio e la signora bionda era molto gentile, invece la signora di adesso con i capelli castani di cui si sono lamentate anche altre persone di essere abbastanza scortese.Mai più. E poi mi ero recata recentemente di nuovo in questo negozio e mi hanno consigliato la wella( questa linea non va assolutamente bene per le persone con i capelli sottili , il capello , si deteriora dopo i continui lavaggi ) e si ostinavano a consigliarli quella linea, vedevo clienti che arrivavano con i capelli bruciati perché appunto consigliavano questa linea Resoconto personale arpioso non qualificato che non sa neanche fare il proprio mestiere , vergogna. Ho trovato Roberta (bionda)commessa gentile, amichevole e soprattutto onesta mi ha consigliato benissimo e sono stata soddisfatta .Un vero piacere entrarci! I just found out! Molto gentile e davvero molto competente e attento per consigliare al meglio nel trattamento del proprio capello! Non ti vendono prodotti in più solo per il gusto di farti acquistare ma guardano davvero all'esigenza del cliente! Sono davvero soddisfatta di tutti i prodotti acquisti li. Diventato il mio negozio su fiducia. L'unica pecca il fatto che non sia raggiungibile in auto! Ma per il resto davvero top! Well stocked shop! Staff at the height! Very kind and very competent and attentive to best advise in the treatment of your hair! They don't sell you extra products just for the sake of getting you to buy them but they really look at the customer's need! I am really satisfied with all the products you buy there. Become my shop on trust. The only flaw is that it cannot be reached by car! But otherwise really top!

Ho comprato e trovato buoni i prezzi sia per tinture capelli, riflessante, ristrutturanti. Vasta gamma di prodotti per i giovani che amano colorare i capelli senza rovinarli, viola, fucsia verde blu..... Testa a posto ma anche il portafoglio???????, consigliato!
