★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri pomeriggio ho comprato un kg di polpa di vitello pagato 22.60€, per fare un arrosto, che ho subito messo in frigorifero. Oggi pomeriggio quando ho aperto il pacchetto per cucinare la carne, quest’ultima era grigio/marrone e emanava un odore nauseabondo!!
Ho cercato di contattare la macelleria, ma non ho reperito alcun numero telefonico esistente.
Yesterday afternoon I bought a kg of veal pulp paid € 22.60, to make a roast, which I immediately put in the fridge. This afternoon when I opened the package to cook the meat, the latter was gray / brown and gave off a nauseating smell !!
I tried to contact the butcher, but I didn't find any existing phone number.

Se quello che chiedo non è immediatamente disponibile, mi viene preparato sul posto, o procurato per il giorno dopo. Non è mai capitato, come altrove non di rado succede, che cercassero di darmi carne di taglio o qualità diversa da quanto richiesto. I titolari sono cortesi e mostrano di sapere riconoscere ed apprezzare chi torna da loro abitualmente. I prezzi sono corretti.
I have always been satisfied with the goods I purchased in this butcher shop and with how I have been treated. If what I ask is not immediately available, it is prepared on the spot, or procured for the next day. It has never happened, as often happens elsewhere, that they tried to give me meat of a different quality or cut than required. The owners are courteous and show that they know how to recognize and appreciate those who return to them habitually. The prices are correct.
