★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorrei dare 0 stelle ma purtroppo non si può. Ho portato un cellulare che ha preso acqua, mi hanno consigliato di fare un lavaggio ad ultrasuoni ad un costo di €30, con possibilità di ripresa o meno, dicendomi che la tempistica sarebbe stata di circa una settimana. Decido di farlo da loro per non perdere la garanzia, avendo il telefono 2 mesi di vita. Passate due settimane, decido di chiamare in negozio per avere notizie. Pensando forse di prendermi in giro mi hanno detto che il telefono era già in lavorazione, cosa non vera, considerando che "casualmente" mi hanno chiamato per il ritiro 2 giorni dopo la mia sollecitazione (tempo su per giù per un ciclo di lavaggio). Credo che per una problematica del genere bisognasse agire in maniera super tempestiva, cosa che non è stata fatta, sebbene a seguito di una mia lamentela mi sia stato detto che al telefono son stati fatti più lavaggi, per giustificare tutto questo tempo perso. Peccato che due tecnici (competenti sul serio!!!!!!!) a cui mi sono successivamente rivolta mi abbiano detto che il lavaggio che viene fatto è uno!!!! e che se il telefono fosse stato "preso" subito si sarebbe certamente salvato.
Potrei continuare su altri punti ma mi fermo qui.
Grazie per avermi fatto buttare un cellulare nuovo, avendo peraltro una sgarbatezza unica. Un po' di professionalità e cortesia dovrebbero essere alla base della gestione di qualsiasi negozio. Esperienza terribile, non ci ritornerò mai più.
 I would like to give 0 stars but unfortunately we can't. I brought a cell phone that took water, they advised me to do an ultrasonic wash at a cost of € 30, with the possibility of shooting or not, telling me that the timing would be about a week. I decide to do it in order not to lose the guarantee, having the phone 2 months old. After two weeks, I decide to call the store for news. Thinking perhaps of making fun of me, they told me that the phone was already in the works, which is not true, considering that "by chance" they called me for collection 2 days after my request (time up and down for a wash cycle). I believe that for a problem of this kind it was necessary to act in a super-timely manner, which was not done, although following a complaint I was told that more washings were done on the phone, to justify all this lost time. Too bad that two technicians (seriously competent !!!!!!!) to whom I subsequently turned to have told me that the washing that is done is one !!!! and that if the telephone had been "caught" immediately it would certainly have been saved.
I could continue on other points but I will stop here.
Thank you for letting me throw a new cell phone, having a single rudeness. A little professionalism and courtesy should be the basis of any store management. Terrible experience, I will never return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Riparazione effettuata in 1 ora, in giornata. Molto gentili. Lavoro effettuato perfettamente. Prezzi un po' altini soprattutto rispetto a quelli di riferimento forniti dal sito ufficiale Huawei. Per il resto nulla da dire.
Repair done in 1 hour, same day. Very kind. Job done perfectly. Prices a bit high above all compared to the reference ones provided by the official Huawei website. For the rest, nothing to say.

Ho portato un cellulare in garanzia in quanto non si accendeva. Una gentile signora solo guardandolo ha dato la sua diagnosi: display rotto (sua immaginazione) e pertanto prodotto non più in garanzia. Mi ha chiesto 30 euro per lasciarlo e farmi fare un preventivo per la riparazione. Stavo per cadere nel tranello, ma mi sembrava troppo plateale la cosa in quanto uno non c'erano lesione al vetro, due non si accendeva ne illuminava il display. Mi sono rivolto ad un'altro centro assistenza che ha prontamente ritirato il cellulare, rassicurandomi che il problema NON era il display.
Poor professionalism, I would not recommend it.
I brought a cell phone under warranty as it would not turn on. A nice lady just looking at it gave her diagnosis: broken display (her imagination) and therefore product no longer under warranty. He asked me for 30 euros to leave it and get me to make a quote for the repair. I was about to fall into the trap, but it seemed too blatant to me because one there was no damage to the glass, two did not light up nor did it light up the display. I went to another service center who promptly collected the phone, reassuring me that the problem was NOT the display.

Prima chiede se il PC Lenovo è in garanzia o meno, poi va a chiedere dietro a chi di dovere e poi ritorna dicendomi che i PC non li riparano. Ma come? Prima chiedi se è in garanzia e poi non riparate i PC??
Zero stelle se potessi.
ABSOLUTELY NOT TO BE RECOMMENDED!
First he asks if the Lenovo PC is under warranty or not, then he goes to ask whoever is behind it and then he comes back telling me that the PCs do not repair them. But how? You ask first if it's under warranty and then don't repair the PCs ??
Zero stars if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centro assistenza di numerose Marche di cellulari, forse potrebbero migliorare la rapidità della riparazioni, ma si sa' ognuno vorrebbe che la propria riparazione avvenga nel minor tempo possibile. È anche punto di ritiro e consegna Amazon.
