Sono 3 settimane che sto aspettando l'installazione di un modem e nel 2021 è assurdo che non abbiate modo di mettervi in contatto telefonico con un tecnico!!
Il servizio clienti continua a segnalare e voi che siete sul posto non siete in grado di fare nulla...senza parole!!!!
L'offerta sarà anche vantaggiosa, ma il Servizio al cliente rimane pessimo!!!
Spero che entro 24 ore mi venga installato il modem o sarò costretto a recedere il contratto!!!

I have been waiting for the installation of a modem for 3 weeks and in 2021 it is absurd that you will not be able to contact a technician by telephone !!
The customer service keeps reporting and you who are on the spot are unable to do anything ... speechless !!!!
The offer will also be advantageous, but the customer service remains bad !!!
I hope that the modem will be installed within 24 hours or I will be forced to withdraw from the contract !!!
