L'ultima volta si è tenuto il mio cane x ben 6 ore senza fargli nulla.. Solo perché aveva dato precedenza ad altri clienti... Mai più..!!!!! But what professionalism !!! Somministro la pipetta mensile sempre qualche giorno dopo il lavaggio e per ben 2 volte il mio cane è stato soggetto a infestazione di pulci successivamente a una sua toelettatura. Credo poco nelle coincidenze dato che il cucciolo fa i suoi bisogni in casa e non per strada. A voi le conclusioni. The washing and grooming tanks should be more sanitized given the high costs. Trovo che questo atteggiamento non sia per niente professionale, i cani hanno bisogno di abbaiare per comunicare , poteva essere più accogliente ed avrei accettato i suoi consigli se dati con educazione ed umiltà. Evidentemente il signore è abituato a trattare con pochi randagi e più con cani"bomboniera"... E sono andata Via e non ci tornerò mai più. F	Francesco Nicola Fracchiolla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'ambiente è piccolo.Lui è bravo e si vede che ci mette passione (cosa non scontata) magari potrebbe evitare certe uscite un po' esagerate e attese troppo lunghe ma diciamo che lo si accetterebbe pure....Ad ogni modo ciò che mi porta ad attribuire le due stelle sono le €50,00 (naturalmente senza...ricordo) per bagno e tosatura ad un cagnolino di taglia piccola 7 kg...davvero esagerato...se un giorno dovessi portarlo a qualche mostra (forse) li spenderei pure ma per un normalissimo cane d'appartamento stiamo davvero dando i numeri.non va per niente bene. peccato. L	Lucia Scaravento on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il mio cucciolo di 3 mesi per una toelettera,ho pagato 20 euro e mi son ritrovata con il mio cane che aveva un unghia sanguinante,l’ho riportato subito indietro facendogli vedere che gli sanguinava l’unghia ricevendo come risposta “non è niente”,dopodiché l’hanno medicato,nel tragitto perdeva ancora sangue e mi son dovuta fermare alla farmacia per prendere delle bende e bendarlo per strada,dopo esser rincasata il mio cucciolo di cane si è messo a dormire ed ha iniziato a far gli incubi.
