Ho provato a scrivere su Facebook, messenger e whatsapp come da loro indicato nel sito ma anche lì visualizzato e non ho avuto nessuna risposta. Il Vostro call center, o comunque il numero che è indicato nel sito, non mi ha risposto a 6 chiamate. Il vostro servizio whatsapp ha letto il mio messaggio e ancora non ha risposto. Non ho acquistato perchè nell articolo di cui avevo bisogno mi serviva selezionare la taglia e dal sito non si poteva fare, per questo ho provato a contattarvi. Purtroppo non riuscendoci. Needing information not present on the site for an online order, I tried to call several times without receiving any response. I tried to write on Facebook, messenger and whatsapp as indicated by them on the site but also displayed there and I have not had any response. Your call center, or in any case the number indicated on the site, did not answer me to 6 calls. Your whatsapp service has read my message and still hasn't replied. Il lavaggio e la tosatura sono stati eseguiti a regola d'arte. Mi ritengo MOLTO soddisfatto. Il locale è molto ben fornito ed i prezzi sono TOP. Negozio molto fornito e il mio cucciolo è super felice ogni volta che lo porto per la toilettatura. Professional Shop. ++++++++++++++++++++ SUPER nice and very professional staff .. All'interno il negozio è fornitissimo di qualsiasi cosa i nostri amici a 4 zampe abbiano bisogno. Davvero consigliato!!! I took my dog to them for a grooming and I was really enthusiastic. Friendly and qualified staff, you can see they really love animals. Inside, the shop is fully stocked with everything our 4-legged friends need. Really recommended !!!

Мне помогли выбрать поводок и ошейник, игрушку и кондиционер для моей собаки, лакомство для кошки! Подарили всяких вкусностей для моих питомцев! Непременно зайду снова, когда буду в Бари! Prima di ordinare ho chiamato per conferma che fosse il prodotto che cercavo, in base al codice a barre, e la signora che mi ha risposto, gentilissima, me l'ha comunicato. Ordino, in 24h spedito (perché l'ho preso nel tardo pomeriggio) e in altre 24 ore consegnato. Insieme alle crocchette è arrivato un piccolo snack omaggio; li ho contattati per sapere la composizione, dopo la chiusura indicata sul sito, su whatsapp e mi hanno risposto in poco tempo. Assistenza e prodotti eccellente. Sicuramente mi affiderò a loro quando ne avrò nuovamente bisogno. PERFECT!!! Nothing to say for this e-commerce. I ordered a pack of croquettes. Before ordering, I called to confirm that it was the product I was looking for, based on the barcode, and the lady who replied, very kind, communicated it to me. I order, shipped in 24h (because I got it in the late afternoon) and delivered in another 24 hours. A small complimentary snack arrived with the croquettes; I contacted them to find out the composition, after the closure indicated on the site, on whatsapp and they answered me in a short time. Excellent service and products. I will definitely rely on them when I need them again.

Ieri, cercando su internet una parafarmacia per animali, ho trovato loro... Sono meravigliosi!!! I prodotti sono ottimi, super riforniti, professionali, molto competenti, e con un amore per gli animali smisurabile! Grazie davvero per tutto quello che stamattina avete fatto per me!
