L'agenzia non rispetta gli orari di apertura.mi sono presentata sabato mattina all'apertura per prenotare una gita e hanno aperto molto in ritardo. Ho choesto informazioni a un negoziante lì vicino e mi ha risposto che il sabato fanno come gli pare e che hanno problemi per trovare parcheggio. Wuesto avrwbbe dovuto farmi desistere, ma, e invrce no. Alla partenza e al ritorno co sono stati dei ritardi. Nulla di eccessivo, ma gestito con estrema maleducazione dalle accompagnatricioer me bocciatissima oer mancanza di professionalità
