Divano in ecopelle. Oggi è completamente distrutto! Inguardabile.
So che dopo 2 anni non c'è più garanzia e che il mio acquisto non è più tutelato. Ma avrei gradito delle scuse dal venditore il quale invece mi ha detto che l'ecopelle è così, che lui non sapeva che il prodotto aveva questo difetto e che ovviamente non posso fare nulla.
Un venditore che non sa ciò che vende non si può classificare tale. Dopo soli 3 anni dovrò cambiare nuovamente il divano.
Il divano Ikea l'ho tenuto 10 anni e l'ho regalato intatto. Mi è anche costato molto molto meno.
Da evitare!!!
I purchased a sofa 3 years ago. Sold as if it were a real bargain.
Faux leather sofa. Today it is completely destroyed! Unwatchable.
I know that after 2 years there is no longer a guarantee and that my purchase is no longer protected. But I would have liked an apology from the seller who instead told me that the eco-leather is like this, that he did not know that the product had this defect and that obviously I can not do anything.
A seller who does not know what he sells cannot be classified as such. After only 3 years I will have to change the sofa again.
I kept the Ikea sofa for 10 years and gave it intact. It also cost me a lot a lot less.
To avoid !!!
