Più di una settimana fa ho chiamato un numero dedicato alle dimissioni per le madri con figli sotto i 3 anni e una signora molto sgarbata mi ha detto che si ricevono appuntamenti solo via mail; rispondessero almeno a quelle! Tutt’ ora non ho notizie e mi sono rivolta ad un’ altro ispettorato che mi ha risposto nel giro di un’ora. Shameful. They don't answer the phone, or even emails. More than a week ago I called a number dedicated to discharge for mothers with children under 3 and a very rude lady told me that you only get appointments by email; answered at least to those! I still have no news and I turned to another inspectorate who answered me within an hour.

È 1 mese che ho mandato i moduli compilati per le dimissioni volontarie e dopo vari solleciti telefonici (quando si degnavano di riattaccare i telefoni, altrimenti sempre segreteria) e solleciti via mail, ancora nessuna risposta! Nemmeno al telefono rispondono!!!!!! Mi sono trovata costretta a rivolgermi all'Ispettorato di Sondrio che nel giro di un paio d'ore mi ha risposto. Ho trovato personale davvero educato e preparato. Lo ripeto: VERGOGNATEVI!!!!!! I put 1 star because 0 can't! Shame on you! Lazzaroni! Chiamo per chiedere informazioni riguardanti l'allattamento a rischio ricevo risposta del tipo non è che lo danno così altrimenti lo farebbero tutte. Io: ok signora ma io sto chiamando per chiedere informazioni sul come fare richiesta perché in base al lavoro che faccio potrei averne diritto. E allora faccia la richiesta e veda lei se le danno risposta. Ma il modo di rispondere sgarbato e poco professionale. Una vergogna Too bad we can't give less. Ci ho messo più di un mese per avere la convalida delle dimissioni: alle mail non rispondono e peggio ancora, dopo aver chiamato e aver parlato con 3 uffici diversi, mi è stato detto che le mail non erano arrivate (mandate da 4 indirizzi mail diversi in momenti differenti). Poi ti dicono che mandare il modulo non basta e ti fissano l'appuntamento online poi ti mandano una mail dicendo che il modulo basta e cancellano l'appuntamento. Un neogenitore non prende a cuor leggero la decisione di licenziarsi, dovreste essere una tutela invece che rendete la procedura una peripezia. Unprofessional. Me dicono che solo su appuntamento. Che non viene segnalato sul sito. Una mancanza de rispetto per qualsiasi cittadino che deve denunciare una infrazione o mancato pagamento dello stipendio. Tanto il loro laboro di brindare sevizio per chi ha subito un danno chi lo controlla se viene fatto . iindigna. I call for information. Nobody answers all week. I go to the address e and closed. Poco professionale, mal educata, che non sa parlare la sua propria lingua e senza nessuna voglia di lavorare, meno male che lavora li (posto fisso), perché se lavorasse in una azienda rimaneva al massimo 2 giorno, dopo di che sarebbe lasciata a casa. Una vergogna perché con le tasse altissimi che paghiamo, persone così non dovrebbero esserci li. Se sarebbe possibile -1 stella. Praticamente nessuno che ascolti almeno la segreteria telefonica e cancellare i messaggi ascoltati.. Chissà a cosa serve questo ufficio, se non per pagare lo stipendio a chi ci "lavora".
