Entro con mia moglie e mia figlia nel negozio per fare degli acquisti, mentre scegliavamo delle felpe, alcune commesse che stavano sistemando dei capi di abbigliamento, parlando tra di loro a voce alta, hanno usato delle parole dispregiativo e "razziste" nei confronti di persone napoletane, senza sapere all'interno del negozio chi ci fosse.... Veramente vergognoso, per me è la mia famiglia che siamo dei napoletani ormai trapiantati a Frosinone, sentire delle affermazioni del genere.... Veramente poco professionale.. Non credo di ritornarci più

I enter the shop with my wife and daughter to shop, while we were choosing some sweatshirts, some shop assistants who were arranging clothes, talking loudly to each other, used derogatory and "racist" words towards people Neapolitans, without knowing who was inside the shop .... Really shameful, for me it is my family that we are Neapolitans now transplanted to Frosinone, to hear such statements .... Really unprofessional .. I don't think to come back for more

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Classico negozio Terranova sempre ben fornito e dai prezzi giusti, difronte al McDonald di via dei Monti Lepini a poche centinaia di metri dal casello A1 di Frosinone. Commessi gentili anche se hanno scartato gli sconti accumulati in altro punto vendita, non ce lo saremmo aspettati, verificato dopo non erano passati 6 mesi. Comunque Buon shopping.
Terranova classic store always well stocked and with fair prices, in front of the McDonald's in Via dei Monti Lepini a few hundred meters from the A1 exit of Frosinone. Kind salesmen even if they have discarded the discounts accumulated in another store, we would not have expected it, verified after 6 months had not passed. Anyway, good shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e mio marito siamo clienti di questo brand da un po' e devo dire che l'assortimento va sempre migliorando ed espandendosi nei gusti e nello stile. In particolare il punto di vendita di Frosinone è stata una gradita sorpresa. Ampi, luminoso e fornitissimo. Dal punto di vista delle risorse umane ragazze molto gentili. Una in particolare ( la ragazza bionda con il capello corto) è stata non solo cortese e professionale, ma mi ha seguito passo passo nella scelta dei capi per tutto il mio guardaroba invernale e quello di mio marito. Ha avuto pazienza e dedizione, si vede che mette tutta la passione nel suo lavoro. È davvero un piacere trovare persone così. Ottimo, cinque stelle.
My husband and I have been customers of this brand for a while and I must say that the assortment is always improving and expanding in taste and style. In particular, the Frosinone sales point was a welcome surprise. Large, bright and well-stocked. From a human resources point of view, very nice girls. One in particular (the blonde girl with the short hair) was not only courteous and professional, but she followed me step by step in choosing the clothes for my entire winter wardrobe and that of my husband. He had patience and dedication, you can see that he puts all his passion into his work. It is really a pleasure to find such people. Great, five stars.
