Nel momento del ritiro appena giro la chiave noto un avviso "problema airbag" e lo faccio notare al responsabile. Dopo la canonica prova di scarico responsabilità dicendo che quando la macchina l'ha provata era ok, attacca la diagnostica che riscontra un circuito aperto sull'airbag del finestrino...a quel punto mi chiede di ripassare perché avrebbe lasciato per errore qualche cavo non collegato nel rimontaggio. Quando ritorno in giornata ritiro la macchina ora senza il problema airbag ma con le plastiche della porta non evidenti segni di manomissione e non completamente rientrate in sede. Vi faccio vedere la foto. Inoltre non hanno nemmeno avuto cura di aspirare i detriti del vecchio finestrino rimasti nell'intercapedine della porta e sotto il sedile...90 euro di manodopera..che dire valutate voi... Problemi nella riverniciatura di un Soul Red Metallic per Mazda Italia, colore non combaciava con quello originale e quando ho presentato il problema, non ho ricevuto nessuna assistenza oltre alla presunzione di aver fatto un lavoro perfetto quando non lo è stato affatto. La carrozzeria non ha voluto inoltre ripetere il lavoro o provare a correggere il problema in altri modi. Il lavoro non è stato rifinito come ci si aspetta da una carrozzeria professionale, lasciando micrograffi e difetti di verniciatura ovunque sulla vettura. Sconsiglio vivamente di affidare le proprie vetture a quest'azienda soprattutto se si è molto esigenti, con colori o riparazioni particolari e se si è alla ricerca di veri professionisti nel settore. Se volete un lavoro a regola d'arte servitevi da loro.
