Alla fine spesa mi hanno scalato questo "buono regalo" per il suo compleanno. Poi, il giorno dopo sono tornata per fare un cambio, perche quello che avevo comprato non andava bene per la misura, l'ho cambiati per gli stessi prodotti con la numerazioni diversa, e li è arrivata la sorpresa: ho dovuto pagare il valore del "buono regalo" per cambiarli! L'altra opzione era di tornare una settimana dopo per cambiarli, e cosi avrei spesi quelli 8,00 con la benzina. Mi hanno ridato il "buono" Hanno perso un cliete!!! Attention to the offers and the "discount coupons" I went to this shop on my daughter's birthday with a "gift voucher" of 8.00 euros. At the end of the shopping they redeemed me this "gift certificate" for his birthday. Then, the next day I came back to make a change, because what I had bought was not suitable for the size, I changed it for the same products with different numbers, and there came the surprise: I had to pay the value of the "gift certificate" to change them! The other option was to come back a week later to change them, and so I would have spent those 8.00 with petrol. They gave me back the "good" They lost a customer !!!

Nonostante avessi le idee confuse, (perché non sapevo davvero come vestire mio figlio per per il suo decimo compleanno), ho trovato questo negozio su google e sono entrata a dare un occhiata. Per fortuna c'erano 2 commesse piccoline molto gentili simpatiche e pazienti, che mi hanno aiutato nella scelta del vestito per mio figlio. Consiglio questo negozio perché hanno tantissime cose per tutte le occasioni. Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta sia dalla qualità sia dalla cortesia dello staff e quindi lascio 5 stelle. Last week I was passing through Frosinone and went shopping in this shop. Although I was confused, (because I didn't really know how to dress my son for his 10th birthday), I found this shop on google and went inside to have a look. Luckily there were 2 very kind, nice and patient small shop assistants, who helped me in choosing the dress for my son. I recommend this shop because they have tons of things for all occasions. I was very satisfied with both the quality and the courtesy of the staff and therefore I leave 5 stars.
