Dai sughi alle passate alle marmellate..... Prodotti freschi pomodori e peperoni ....buonissimi.....consigli su come prepararli x risultati eccellenti.............Titolare gentilissima. Beautiful place .... An ESTATE with magnificent tomato crops ..... Small shop with local products prepared in various ways .... From sauces to past to jams ..... Fresh products tomatoes and peppers .... very good ..... advice on how to prepare them x excellent results ............. Very kind owner.

Ci siamo ritrovati in questa azienda agricola che vendeva prodotti locali ......incuriosita mi sono addentrata ed ho scoperto un ......TESORO... Pomodori ,peperoni arrostiti, cipolle ,angurie meloni ed altro .... Ho acquistato solo un vasetto di pomodori sott'olio perché ero in albergo e non avevo la possibilità di cucinare Che dire!!!! FAVOLOSI ..... Dopo due giorni sono tornata ed ho chiesto se potevano spedirmi a Milano i loro prodotti. Non ho ancora assaggiato tutto , i peperoni sott'olio sono i miei preferiti. Le conserve di pomodoro ,non le acquisto più al supermercato da quando ho assaggiato quelle di Terra di Cavalera. ? Spero un giorno di tornare in Sicilia ed andare a trovare i proprietari tanto professionali e tanto disponibili Exceptional quality ...... I was on vacation in Sicily and we got lost in the countryside of San Lorenzo. We found ourselves in this farm that sold local products ...... intrigued, I entered and I discovered a ...... TREASURE ... Tomatoes, roasted peppers, onions, watermelons, melons and more .... I only bought a jar of tomatoes in oil because I was in the hotel and didn't have the opportunity to cook What to say!!!! FABULOUS ..... After two days I came back and asked if they could send their products to me in Milan. I haven't tasted everything yet, pickled peppers are my favorite. I no longer buy tomato preserves at the supermarket since I tasted those from Terra di Cavalera. ? I hope one day to return to Sicily and visit the owners who are so professional and very helpful

Prodotti di altissima qualità, serre curate con grande maestria e passione, pomodorini e non solo, di tante varietà tipiche del luogo, bellissimi da vedere e buonissimi da mangiare! E che dire dell’anguria fresca servita al momento o da acquistare prima di andare al mare, a pochi passi da lì’? Azienda Top! Super! Consiglio vivamente una visita! Un Grazie speciale ad Enzo e a Silvana Beautiful company just a few steps from the wonderful Lido di San Lorenzo and Pachino. Exceptional hospitality, cordiality and professionalism. Products of the highest quality, greenhouses treated with great skill and passion, cherry tomatoes and more, of many varieties typical of the place, beautiful to look at and delicious to eat! And what about fresh watermelon served at the moment or to be bought before going to the beach, just a few steps from there? Top Company! Super! I highly recommend a visit!
