Proposte varie sia di mare che di terra ma non esagerate nel numero. Presentazione dei piatti fatta con stile e con accessori scelti e per lo più azzeccata. Anche nel gusto i piatti non hanno affatto deluso, con alcuni più convincenti di altri (tortelli di branzino al nero di seppia, per es.), qualche dubbio sullo spaghettone fresco, i cui ingredienti mancavano di legante. Professionalità del personale di sala. Ambiente rilassato e formale. Conto congruo con la location (35-40€/pers). Dinner at the Muntibianchi AgriResort farm. Evocative and elegant place. Eaten under a nice pergola. Various proposals of both sea and land but do not exaggerate in number. Presentation of the dishes done with style and with selected accessories and mostly spot on. Even in taste, the dishes did not disappoint at all, with some more convincing than others (sea bass tortelli with cuttlefish ink, for example), some doubts about fresh spaghetti, whose ingredients lacked binder. Menù con varie proposte sia di terra che di mare, piatti pensati e davvero buoni. The place left me speechless with its fairytale atmosphere, olive trees and lights. Menu with various proposals of both land and sea, dishes designed and really good.

There is little to say: magical location away from the chaos of the city, impeccable service, spatial fish dishes. Account adequate for what is served. We were looking for a restaurant where to finally eat excellent fish in Otranto and its surroundings and we found it. Absolutely to try.

Mi permetto di consigliare la grigliata di mare e la panna cotta al rum. Personale come sempre gentile e disponibile. Grande rispetto delle normative antiCovid. Consigliata la prenotazione con qualche giorno di anticipo. We returned to the Land of Olives after exactly one year, and we found the same quality of the dishes on offer as well as the beautiful atmosphere that accompanies them. I would like to recommend the grilled seafood and the panna cotta with rum. Staff as always polite and helpful. Great compliance with anti-Covid regulations. Reservations recommended a few days in advance.

Attenzioni al cliente in primis durante tutta la cena con consigli su portate e vini. A tutti i commensali viene portato un vassoio con il pescato del giorno da abbinare anche a portate fuori menù. Prodotti veramente eccellenti. Per chi cerca solo il prezzo non è tra i più economici ma ne vale sicuramente la pena, prodotti di altissima qualità e disponibilità e cortesia di tutto lo staff non sono da meno. Ci fossero più stelle ne avrei date di più! Esperienza da rifare e consigliatissima!!!!! What can I say ... truly excellent dinner in a fantastic location and in the tranquility you expect from a place like this. Attention to the customer first and foremost throughout the dinner with advice on courses and wines. All diners are brought a tray with the catch of the day to be combined with off-menu courses. Truly excellent products. For those looking only for the price it is not among the cheapest but it is definitely worth it, products of the highest quality and availability and courtesy of all the staff are no exception. If there were more stars I would have given more! Experience to be redone and highly recommended !!!!!
