★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place inside a wonderful oasis of typical trees and palms. Food is really local and genuine. Prices are on average. The seaside historic town of Otranto is just 5 minutes far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic farmhouse with beautifully crafted rooms each with their own private terrace.A 15 min stroll in to Otranto town.There is a restaurant at the Masseria serving delicious local food just the best.There is a swimming pool on site with loungers and parasols. The Masseria is in well stocked landscaped gardens and everything is very clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we went there the entire camping ground was empty since it was not yet high season. The bathroom facilities, showers and camping ground itself were all exceptionally clean, the bathrooms being cleaned daily despite almost no visitors. We pitched our tent under olive trees and close to the farm part of the place with horses, goats, a few cats and their vegetable production. We didn't try the restaurant but it looked very nice indeed.
Although everyone was very friendly and forthcoming it was sometimes hard to find who was in charge, mostly probably because it was so empty.
The prices were low given the overall quality and although Otranto charges a 1€ per person per night tax.
Highly recommended.

Brilliant antipasti, excellent wine (salice salentino riserva 2011) for great price.
Main course was epic, hey even had horse meat on menu, very rare meal option in our country.
I can only say it's worth the little drive!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful setting and friendly service. Really impressed with the facilities available and the thought involved in setting it up.
We stayed for christmas and had a wonderful time. The food from the kitchen here is (nearly) all grown on site and is delicious. The added bonus is that the chef is keen to share his knowledge and insight about the ingredients used in the meals!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great time at Masseria L'Uliveto. It is conveniently located within a 20 to 25-minute walk of central Otranto.
It is a beautiful, Spanish-style masseria & the rooms are gorgeous with rich woods & beam work, white walls & tasteful splashes of color. You have such privacy with almost your own villa & it's very relaxing to wander around the grounds. There's a garden & many animals-- including horses, goats, ducks, turkeys & chicken. I mentioned that they should mention this more on the website as it's a huge hit for children. There's also a ping pong table & foosball table, which is additional fun for families!
The breakfast is outstanding, you really cannot ask for more. They have cakes & brioche/croissants, cantucci, hard-boiled eggs, cheeses, meats, fruits, vegetables, all kinds of juices.
The staff are friendly & helpful.
The only issue we encountered is that the wi-fi would not work in our room for my iPhone or our Android phones. The team tried & tried to help us, but we had no luck & this was a little frustrating as I needed access to my phone.
Otherwise, it was a very special place in an ideal location; we'd happily return again.
