Massima pulizia , dotato di tutti i comfort ..persino il carrello per la spesa che si può fare al doc di fronte alla struttura! Lontano da caos del centro che si raggiunge con una passeggiata di circa 10-15 min! Consigliatissimo...bravi Giusy e Tommaso We were greeted with courtesy by the owners, the apartment reserved for us is beautiful, quiet and well-finished in furnishings! Maximum cleanliness, equipped with all comforts .. even the shopping cart that you can do at the doc in front of the structure! Away from the chaos of the center that can be reached with a walk of about 10-15 min! Highly recommended ... good Giusy and Tommaso
U	Umberto Ulisse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza impeccabile! Appartamento tenuto perfettamente con tutto il necessario (e anche di più!). Dal ferro da stiro allo spremiagrumi. Affascinante la scelta del tema "mare", per cui si è circondati perennemente dal colore blu 3 tutte le sue sfumature, per cui si parla di un'immersione totale nella tranquillità. Dotato sia di balcone privato (molto grande) che di terrazza in comune (molto più grande) sul tetto. La posizione è ottima! A due passi da un supermercato e a 10 min a piedi dal mare e dal centro storico. Se invece non si vuole andare a piedi ci sono a disposizione le biciclette per gli ospiti, per cui non ci sono problemi! Sono stato molto bene e ripeterei l'esperienza. Più che consigliato! Fascinating is the choice of the "sea" theme, for which one is perennially surrounded by the color blue 3 all its shades, for which one speaks of total immersion in tranquility. Equipped with both a private balcony (very large) and a shared terrace (much larger) on the roof. The location is great! A stone's throw from a supermarket and a 10-minute walk from the sea and the historic center. If, on the other hand, you don't want to walk, there are bicycles available for guests, so there are no problems! I had a very good time and would repeat the experience. More than recommended!
A	Alessandra Capasso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se si potessero dare più di 10 stelle, lo farei. La struttura è magnifica ed curata in ogni minimo dettaglio, in più, la pulizia è impeccabile. Si trova a pochi metri dal centro storico e dal lungomare (ma gode di una piacevole tranquillità) i quali sono raggiungibili a piedi, ma comunque i proprietari mettono a disposizione delle biciclette. Nei pressi della struttura ci sono 3 supermercati e la spiaggia più vicina, stupenda aggiungerei, è a pochi passi. Dulcis in fundo, la gentilezza e la cordialità dei proprietari: Giusy e Tommy sono due host con i fiocchi, infatti, già dal primo contatto mi è sembrato di conoscerli da una vita, sono sempre stati molto ospitali, attenti e precisi. Ci hanno davvero coccolato e trovo che siano delle persone squisite. Vorrei dire tanto altro, non so se state ancora leggendo questa recensione, ma vi suggerisco davvero di prenotare in questa struttura perché vale ogni euro speso. Sarà il nostro punto di riferimento quando torneremo ad Otranto. Le Terrazze appartaments, Giusy e Tommy, sono nei nostri cuori ❤️ P. S. Vi stra-consiglio di fittare la barca Giuseppina o l'altro magnifico gozzo; fidatevi dello skipper, Nino, che è bravissimo. Devo dire che l'ho trovata un'esperienza molto intima ed esclusiva e fare un aperitivo cullati dalle onde del mare è magico! If they could give more than 10 stars, I would. The structure is magnificent and cared for in every detail, in addition, the cleanliness is impeccable. It is located a few meters from the historic center and the seafront (but enjoys a pleasant tranquility) which are within walking distance, but the owners still provide bicycles. Near the structure there are 3 supermarkets and the nearest beach, wonderful I would add, is within walking distance. Last but not least, the kindness and friendliness of the owners: Giusy and Tommy are two hosts with all the trimmings, in fact, from the first contact I seemed to know them for a lifetime, they have always been very hospitable, attentive and precise. They really pampered us and I find them exquisite people. I would like to say a lot more, I don't know if you are still reading this review, but I really suggest you to book this property because it is worth every euro spent. It will be our point of reference when we return to Otranto. The Terrazze appartaments, Giusy and Tommy, are in our hearts ❤️ P. S. I advise you to rent the Giuseppina boat or the other magnificent gozzo; trust the skipper, Nino, who is very good. I must say that I found it a very intimate and exclusive experience and having an aperitif lulled by the waves of the sea is magical!
m	maria guidone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati ospiti per una notte a metà febbraio di questo B&b, appartamento accogliente, pulito e ordinato, ben posizionato, si arriva in centro con una semplice passeggiata, abbiamo dormito bene ed è silenzioso, non abbiamo conosciuto personalmente i proprietari ma la gentilissima Clara che ci ha fatto il check in. We were guests for one night in mid-February of this B & b, a cozy, clean and tidy apartment, well located, you can reach the center with a simple walk, we slept well and it is quiet, we did not personally meet the owners but the very kind Clara who checked us in.

Comunicatie verliep veelal via WhatsApp app en was duidelijk en direct. Appartement ligt net buiten centrum waardoor het 's nachts rustig is. Centrum is ongeveer 17 minuten lopen. Auto op gesloten terrein bij appartement kunnen parkeren. Zelfs in de garage onder appartement was parkeren mogelijk. Deze garage is alleen geschikt voor wat kleinere type auto. Wij reden Seat Arona. Alle gemakken voorzien, wasmachine en droger, vaatwasser en voldoende keukengerei dekens en extra kussens. Ook verwarming en airco aanwezig. Twee slaapkamers en een ruime badkamer met ruime douche cabine en stortdouche. Alles netjes en schoon en werkte perfect. Appartement staat wel 'n beetje vol met snuisterijen, maar geeft wel sfeer. Ook de supermarkt op 50 meter afstand is een enorm positive punt,.....'s morgens verse broodjes bij voorbeeld!!! Personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kortom, voor een kort of langer verblijf raad ik deze locatie van harte aan. Good apartment with attractive furnishings. The management was extremely friendly and helpful. Communication was mostly via WhatsApp app and was clear and direct. The apartment is located just outside the center so it is quiet at night. Center is about a 17 minute walk. You can park your car on closed ground at the apartment. Even in the garage under the apartment parking was possible. This garage is only suitable for smaller car types. We drove Seat Arona. All mod cons, washer and dryer, dishwasher and plenty of kitchenware blankets and extra pillows. Also heating and air conditioning available. Two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with a spacious shower cabin and rain shower. Everything neat and clean and worked perfectly. Apartment is a bit full of trinkets, but it does give atmosphere. The supermarket 50 meters away is also a huge positive point, ..... fresh bread rolls in the morning for example !!! Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. In short, for a short or longer stay, I heartily recommend this location.

Immaginate, hanno avuto il coraggio di telefonarmi la sera prima, la sera della vigilia di Pasqua, per comunicarmi che la stanza era stata occupata per errore e pertanto dovevano disdire la mia prenotazione, pagata in anticipo e non rimborsabile. A prescindere dai soldi che ho dovuto perdere mezza giornata per recuperarli dalla agenzia, potete considerare il danno causato da certe persone incompetenti, che senza nessun problema hanno rovinano la Pasqua e Pasquetta alla mia famiglia. Unprofessional, run away still in time. Imagine, they had the courage to call me the night before, on the evening of Easter Eve, to inform me that the room had been occupied by mistake and therefore they had to cancel my reservation, paid in advance and not refundable. Regardless of the money that I had to lose half a day to recover it from the agency, you can consider the damage caused by certain incompetent people, who without any problem ruined Easter and Easter Monday for my family.
