Tralasciando il fatto che la stufa ci viene consegnata con rivestimento di colore errato e non funzionante, il problema grosso viene dopo l'avvenuta installazione, quando una volta finito si rifiutano di certificare l'installazione a causa di problematiche legate all'impianto già presente in casa (impianto visto in precedenza), sostenendo che ci fossero stati presunti accordi per una installazione di favore (350€ +iva....favorone).
Adesso scrivono che me la sono autoinstallata!! Grandissimi!
Ormai è andata come è andata, ma fate meno i furbi.

Very bad experience.
Leaving aside the fact that the stove is delivered to us with the wrong color coating and not working, the big problem comes after installation, when once finished they refuse to certify the installation due to problems related to the system already present in house (plant seen above), arguing that there had been alleged agreements for a favorable installation (350 € + VAT .... favorone).
Now they write that I have auto-installed it !! Great!
Now it went as it went, but be less smart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato per una villetta di nuova costruzione: due docce, due mobili bagno, addolcitore e svariati accessori di complemento, articoli davvero di qualità, nulla a che vedere con vendite all'ingrosso.
Ci siamo trovati molto bene ed ora abbiamo in previsione di acquistare una vasca idromassaggio.
Il ragazzo che ci ha servito era gentile e preparato.
Avendo avuto un ritardo nella costruzione della casa ci hanno tenuto la merce in magazzino per quasi tre mesi e lo hanno fatto sempre col sorriso, lo fanno tutti? Non saprei... Ma abbiamo apprezzato molto.
Siamo contenti, sicuramente torneremo.
We bought for a newly built house: two showers, two bathroom furniture, water softener and various complementary accessories, really quality items, nothing to do with wholesaling.
We enjoyed it very much and are now planning to buy a hot tub.
The guy who served us was kind and knowledgeable.
Having had a delay in the construction of the house they kept the goods in stock for almost three months and they always did it with a smile, do they all? I don't know ... But we really enjoyed it.
We are happy, we will certainly return.

Ci avete seguito durante tutta la realizzazione dei lavori e i materiali sono meravigliosi, il mobile da bagno è stato fatto su misura ed è elegantissimo. Se avremmo bisogno verremo sicuramente ancora da voi!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprato termostufa e a distanza si due anni un’altra stufa a pellet canalizzata. Entrambi i prodotti eccellenti. Il personale è più che qualificato e sa consigliare al meglio, molto disponibili è più che esaurienti nella descrizione dell’articolo in vendita e prezzi più che nella norma.
Bought a thermo stove and two years later another ducted pellet stove. Both excellent products. The staff is more than qualified and knows how to advise the best, very helpful and more than exhaustive in the description of the item for sale and prices more than normal.
