★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, soltanto perché volevamo una classica piletta per doccia,la commessa ci ha classificati retrogradi invece di limitarsi a fare il proprio lavoro dicendo semplicemente che non aveva quel che era stato richiesto, maleducata ed incompetente , ovviamente non ci torneremo più , il resto dei sanitari e della mobilia per il bagno in ristrutturazione lo compreremo altrove.

Per questa ragione mi sono rivolto a un altro venditore, Leroy Merlin, il cui personale mi ha risolto il problema.

Comprato una stufa pellet, portata a casa, prima di installarla abbiamo provato ad accenderla con tutti i carismi, niente non funziona perché ha un blocco.
Chiamato subito l'ingegner Montagna, il quale ci dice un po scocciato che dobbiamo chiamare l'assistenza. Dopo aver fatto 3000 telefonate ed essere stati rimbalzati a destra e a sinistra non abbiamo ancora risolto il problema.
Il mio discorso è:
Quando uno vende ed incassa dei soldi non deve sbattersene le P......le perché i nostri soldi sono buoni.
Bruttissima esperienza.
Consiglio prima di comprare da questi signori di farsi provare le cose.
