★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contattato il tecnico per ripristinare l'efficienza della mia caldaia, mi veniva dato appuntamento (ieri) in una finestra oraria che andava dalle 14e30 alle 17e30. Premetto che avendo anch'io un lavoro, per rispettare le tempistiche, ho dovuto prendere 4ore di permesso! In conclusione il tecnico non si è mai presentato ed inoltre non sono stato nemmeno contatto ne ieri e ne oggi nonostante ieri sera ho provato a chiamarlo!!
After contacting the technician to restore the efficiency of my boiler, I was given an appointment (yesterday) in a time window that went from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. I state that having a job too, to meet the deadlines, I had to take 4 hours of leave! In conclusion, the technician never showed up and also I was not even contacted yesterday and today despite last night I tried to call him !!
