Prodotti freschissimi, lavorazioni artigianali di coppa, salsicce bianche e di fegato, fatte quasi a vista e prodotti locali di maiali allevati nella Tuscia, fanno di questo luogo un posto unico. Assolutamente consigliato. Il titolare e la sua famiglia sono sempre molto disponibili, cordiale ed assolutamente simpatici. Da provare assolutamente!
It is one of the best butchers in the area, if not the best ever. Very fresh products, handcrafted coppa processing, white and liver sausages, made almost on sight and local products from pigs reared in Tuscia, make this place a unique place. Absolutely recommended. The owner and his family are always very helpful, friendly and absolutely nice. A must try!
