★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non sanno dove sia di casa la millantata "professionalità"! Vi raconto in breve la mia esperienza. Al primo appuntamento non si sono presentati perchè hanno "avuto un imprevisto da un altro cliente" - non hanno avvisato (abbiamo chiamato noi visto che erano in ritardo). Al secondo appuntamento, prenotato con due settimane di anticipo, non sono venuti e non hanno avvisato. Quando abbiamo chiamato sembrava non avessero neppure segnato il ns. appuntmento in agenda! Nessuna scusa o spiegazione da parte loro, tantomeno nessuna disponibilità nel fissare un nuovo appuntamento in tempi stretti.
Il risultato due giornate di ferie perse e il problema in casa si è aggravato con conseguente aggravio di costi e disagi. DIFFIDATE TOTALMENTE
Unfortunately they do not know where the vaunted "professionalism" is at home! I will brief you my experience. On the first date they did not show up because they "had an unexpected event from another customer" - they did not advise (we called us because they were late). On the second date, booked two weeks in advance, they did not come and did not advise. When we called, they did not even seem to have signed our own. appointment on the agenda! No excuse or explanation from them, nor any availability in setting a new appointment in tight time.
The result is two days of lost vacation and the problem at home has worsened with the consequent increase in costs and discomforts. TOTALLY DEFENDED
