I would have expected greater transparency in the information provided, so that I could make a conscious purchase that I would have done anyway, however so everything has become, based on my presumed ignorance on the matter, a purchase out of mere necessity to which surely, as far as I am concerned concerns, no more will follow

Ho acquistato per 22 € lo scarico per raccordare la lavatrice al lavello con l'accordo di restituzione se non andava bene. Sono tornata a restituirlo intatto nelle scatola. Non hanno voluto rimborsarlo perchè l'idraulico aveva tolto il cellophane per vedere il prodotto dalla scatola (senza neanche tirarlo fuori). Gliel'ho lasciato in omaggio ed ho apprezzato Amazon cui si può restituire quasi tutto senza problemi simili.
Bad experience.
I bought for € 22 the drain to connect the washing machine to the sink with the return agreement if it was not good. I returned to return it intact in the box. They did not want to reimburse him because the plumber had removed the cellophane to see the product from the box (without even taking it out). I gave it to him as a gift and I appreciated Amazon which you can return almost everything without similar problems.
