Per me tutto perfetto!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vado in mattinata per chiedere un pezzo VALVOLA DI ARRESTO DA 3/8, non penso di aver chiesto un pezzo di un'astronave.il signore al banco non aveva voglia di andare a prenderlo probabilmente faceva finta di non capire in pratica sono uscito senza il pezzo. A volte puo' succedere che entra un cliente e non sa il nome esatto del pezzo, ma un buon venditore cerca di capire cosa al cliente serve. La cosa fastidiosa e' esser preso per i fondelli. Leggendo altre recensioni e' un difetto di fabbrica.Mai piu'.
Anchio le scrivo nuovamente, guardi io le posso dare ragione che non tutte le mattine mi sveglio parlando italiano, ma stranamente in un altro negozio meno fornito del vostro sono uscito con il pezzo. Comunque vi ho scritto tramite mail ma non ho avuto nessuna risposta.

I go in the morning to ask for a piece 3/8 SHUT-OFF VALVE, I don't think I asked for a piece of a spaceship. The gentleman at the counter didn't want to go get it probably pretended not to understand in practice I went out without the piece. Sometimes it can happen that a customer walks in and doesn't know the exact name of the piece, but a good salesperson tries to figure out what the customer needs. The annoying thing is being taken for a ride. Reading other reviews it's a factory defect. Never again.
I am also writing to you again, look, I can agree that I do not wake up speaking Italian every morning, but strangely, in another shop less well-stocked than yours I came out with the piece. Anyway, I wrote to you by email but I didn't get any response.

tornata per cambiarlo perché non andava bene.
Entrambi i giorni ho trovata una persona alla
cassa veramente arrogante e maleducata.
Quindi non dipende dalla giornata questa signora è cosi.
Forse un corso di educazione ci vorrebbe prima di mettere certe persone a contatto con la clientela.
Mai più in questo negozio .

Both days I found a person at the
really arrogant and rude cashier.
So it doesn't depend on the day this lady is like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il venditore probabilmente il giorno in cui siamo andati doveva essere di pessimo umore, ha fatto tutto il possibile per non vendere. Oltretutto ci ha fatto sentire dei pezzenti perché non sceglievamo i top gamma. Ovviamente non abbiamo comprato niente. Ci hanno trattato infinitamente meglio nel negozio di borgo Venezia, ma alla fine eravamo davvero maldisposti e abbiamo comprato altrove. Casa in ristrutturazione, due bagni nuovi di zecca, ci hanno guadagnato persone più cortesi.

L’ho pagata 74 €, mi sembrava una esagerazione quindi per curiosità ho dato poi un occhio su Amazon e lo stesso articolo costava meno della metà… consegnato a casa.
Poibnon lamentiamoci se i negozi fisici chiudono a vantaggio dei negozi virtuali.
I went to get a replacement from Geberit, a stop valve for the toilet cistern.
I paid € 74 for it, it seemed like an exaggeration so out of curiosity I then looked at Amazon and the same item cost less than half ... delivered at home.
So let's not complain if physical stores close to the advantage of virtual stores.
