★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrato nel negozio di diversi installatori. Di solito c'è disordine a gogo e sporco. Entrando alla Termocal invece ho trovato grande ordine e pulizia, persone sedute alla loro postazione di lavoro come in uffici efficienti. Ottima impressione!

Ma la cosa più grave è che a causa del mancato sopralluogo, richiesto più volte, prima di rifare completamente il bagno, mi ritrovo il corridoio tra mobile e sanitari 10 cm più stretto. Oltretutto per aver solo fatto presente questa cosa e in maniera del tutto educata la reazione della venditrice è stata veramente poco professionale, dico solo che in ultima battuta ha pure rinfacciato dello scopino regalato da lei per sua spontanea volontà al momento dell'ordine merce. Fare attenzione a segnare tutto durante gli accordi perché per vendere vengono detti prezzi che aumentano al momento della fatturazione. Unica nota positiva gli operai , molto educati e professionali.
